The Night We Met - Kolena

19º Chapter

A couple of days had passed since that night. I saw Kol every day after that because after many attempts to stop him, he decided to compel Damon so he stayed away from me except if I were in trouble and if that made Kol feel more secure, then it's fine for me.

We were together everyday, watching movies, talking... making love. Everything is going just perfect. I heard a knock on my door and I smiled with the thought of Kol being the person waiting on the other side, but I was wrong. So wrong.

"Jer! What are you doing here?" - I said as I jumped into his arms hugging him tight.

"Well, it's almost your birthday, so i thought, why not surprise her by showing up?" - He said hugging me back, after a few seconds he let me down looking at me. - "You're different, what happened while I was away, I want to know everything." - My brother said, taking a seat on the couch.

"Oh, nothing much really." - I said. Except the fact that I'm in love with one of the worst originals and we made love on the same couch you're sitting on last night.

"Really? Then why is my sister so happy?" - He asked me with a smile.

"I'm just glad that you're here Jer. I missed you!" - I said jumping on the couch next to him.

"Don't lie to me Lena, I know that you are happy to see me, but that's not all." - He said, making me sigh, why did he have to know me so well.

"Well... Stefan and I broke up a year and half ago, Originals are in town but they aren't doing anything bad and Damon finally stopped being a pain in the ass." - I said smiling.

"Well, that pretty explains everything... Did Klaus hurted you again?" - He asked me, i looked at him, i didn't want to lie to him but i couldn't tell him either about the deal i've made.

"No Jer, everything is calm now... and it will stay this way, don't worry." - I hugged him again. - "Are you going to see Bonnie?" - I asked him. I know that the things between the two of them had ended on good terms when Jeremy left town, but I know that one day these two will end up together.

"Maybe... I don't really know what to tell her..." - He said, looking at the floor.

"Just tell her what you feel, whatever it is, Jer." - I got up from the couch.

"Maybe that's exactly what i'm going to do, let's just eat something first, i want to tell you everything about my new school." - He said in an excited tone.

An whole afternoon went by talking about the things that have happened to Jeremy in his new town and i told him most of the things that have happened in Mystic falls, it was almost 6p.m when he left to see Bonnie, i was worried about Kol not saying anything to me today, but when i was about to call him, i received a text.

Hey darling, where are you?

Hey baby, I'm at home, why?

Can you please open the door then?

I smiled at that text, so simple but at the same time made me feel full of joy. I ran to the door and opened it only to see my favorite original standing on the porch all dressed up.

"Hello love!" - He said walking towards me, giving me a small kiss on the lips.

"I was getting worried... you didn't say anything all day." - I said hugging him, he smelled so fucking good that i started to give him small kisses on the neck.

"Elena Girlbert, i'm starting to think that you want me just for sex!" - He said with a smile on his lips.

"Fuck, you have figure it out." - I said laughing at his face pretending to be offended. - "So what were you doing all day?" - I asked curious.

"Well, remember the white oak stakes that you and your friends made? The one that can take one original down?" - He asked rhetorically. - "Remember that one of the eleven stakes was missing right? Well, Klaus asked a witch to make a locator spell, and right now the stake is in Mystic Falls." - He said, looking at me.

"Then what are you doing here? You should be with your family, being safe." - I said, feeling a wave of fear entering my body.

"And that's exactly why I'm here. Tomorrow I will start to be captive in my own house, so I wanted to see you today... and maybe take you on a date? Away from the people of course." - He said and I couldn't contain the smile on my lips.

"I would love that, I just need to get dressed... by the way, my brother is in town but don't worry, he's out." - I said starting to walk upstairs.

"Are you sure he's out?" - He asked me, making me look at him with confusion all over my face.

"Pretty sure, why?" - I asked him and he just smiled at me.

"Nothing darling, go get dressed, i'll wait for you here." - He said and I smiled at him making my way towards the bedroom.
