James glared back at Seungri for a few seconds before he gave up. He could guess Seungri was the most insulted one there. The prideful man who was living like a king was reduced to plebeian. Probably worse than that. What could be more hurtful to him?

James came to the point. He took the complaint papers, "You said she was nobody. Do you think nobody could warn the department and make the whole department turn against you? Seungri, I want every bloody truth about you." He knew there might be a lot more than what was on the surface.

Seungri nodded but he had no intention to tell every truth. He planned to hide every illegal activity except one, about Jennie. But James wasn't an easy person to believe what he just said. He had numerous questions back.

Like, why does your family hate you? If Seungri's response wasn't satisfactory, James would bluntly point it out. Hence Seungri had to reveal, he had his hand in the accident of his parents.

James again pointed, Does your wife hate you for the same?

Likewise, James pulled every truth he needed but many illegal things stayed hidden.

At one point, James was in shock, "You mean you tried to molest Ru... Jennie. You killed her but she is alive? Are you f**king kidding me?"

How could a dead come back alive?

Seungri patiently explained, he had assumed her as dead but she was alive, eventually saved by Lisa. He gave every detail that James needed. And also the current situation created by her to bring him down.

James stood silent for a long time. "How is this Evans family involved in the case? She is Jennie Kim."

Seungri shook his head, "It must be Lisa doing. "

James paced in the room for a long time before coming to a halt. "We can win the case if we prove her fake identity."

"Then do it." Seungri blurted out.

But James shook his head. "I can't question her about her identity in your case. We need a person who writes a complaint against Jennie and so, they should mention Jennie is Ruby Jane. I will take that case and prove her identity. We can use it in your favor and get rid of her." He explained and asked, "Do you know anybody as such?"

Seungri thought hard. The Hays family came to his mind but Vance had changed. Seungri shook his head, her parents are her biggest nemesis. We can look for her schoolmates."

James's ultimate weapon was DNA test.

"Who could guide me around the city to her past?" James questioned. He needs to speak with them, and encourage them to write a complaint.

Seungri suggested, "We could just create a fake boyfriend and fake complaint."

James looked at the man in disdain. He couldn't believe Seungri, the biggest criminal, was planning another illegal move.

Seungri understood. He thought back and could only come up with, "Dylan Harmon." He gave them Dylan's number and saw them leave.

Dylan who was waiting for Ruby Jane in the waiting room of Morris hotel answered a call and left soon. He took the two men to Kim Villa.

Entering inside, James saw a man in his fifties, sitting by the window and blankly watching outside.

"Mr. Kim," Dylan called.

Shane turned around and saw three men. He looked haggard and lost. "Who?"

James stopped Dylan from speaking. He politely asked, "Mr. Kim, we are here because of your daughter." Dylan had briefed everything about Shane and Maisie. "Your daughter, Jennie, won a million dollars in a competition. If you could confirm to us that she is your daughter, we will give you the money."
