Hwang Lu dropped his phone in the cup holder that was situated between the driver's seat and passenger's seat and he chuckled. He remembered the days Lee Ming would ask him or Zaheer to pick random women to test if he could get close to them, all because of the pressure from his father. It was a hassle!. At that time, Lee Ming couldn't even hug females he had interest in so he tried his best not to fall in love back then because it would only cause him or the woman pain. But now, after meeting Eva the bad reoccurrence stopped. Gaining the attention of Sir Ming who always watched his son's activities and the day Eva came into Lee Ming's life, Sir Ming didn't miss it. He knew immediately. Finding out Eva was immune to whatever was wrong with Lee Ming, Sir Ming, Lee's sister, Hwang Lu and Zaheer were relieved. No more woman hunting. Lee Ming could have a female friend and come in close contact with her but when the intention was sex or a relationship. The force suddenly appears, like it didn't want him engaged in any romantic relationship with any woman. It was frustrating for Lee, so Hwang Lu understood.
Hwang Lu was single now, but had been in a relationship. So he had more experience in things like that. He focused his eyes on the road as he thought about his own love life. Non-existent, at this point.

Watching from inside the Ming Villa, Sir Ming's eyes spotted three cars approaching his home. A warm smile enveloped his face. Though he lost Duke Ming many years ago, the heavens decided to bless him with a son that looks like Duke Ming. But it wasn't only looks, Lee Ming was the reincarnated form of Duke Ming. He was luckily enough Lee came as his son and not someone distant. He wasn't willing to lose Lee again. Not after what he went through many years ago. He was going to try and protect his son this time, losing the Duke at that time created a negative effect on his kingdom. If he was ever going to lose Lee Ming again....he shook his head, getting rid of the thought. He couldn't imagine losing his son. Though a part of him feared the past would repeat itself. He moved away from the window and walked down the stairs to welcome his son and guests. Everyone was already being welcomed into the house by the servants by the time Sir Ming reached the entrance.
"Son!" He said welcoming Lee Ming into his arms and then Eva followed. The pleasantries kept coming till all of Eva's family was welcomed warmly and introductions were made.

Soft music played in the background as the family engaged in conversations. Sir Ming and Mr Watson were conversing when Mr Watson saw Lee Ming walking towards their direction. He quickly added to his previous statement "You've raised a fine young man, I must say". Sir Ming chuckled "Thank you, you and your wife didn't fail to raise a wonderful daughter too". After thanking Sir Ming, Mr Watson asked with curiosity shining in his eyes. "If I may ask, where's your wife?". Sir Ming's smile dropped as he said "She's in paradise, she left us when Lee was just a teenager". "Oh my! I'm so sorry. Peace to her soul" Mr Watson said and Sir Ming forced out a smile, trying to suppress the pain. Lee Ming was about to walk past them when his father called out. "Come join us Lee" Mr Watson who thought Lee was coming their way, found out the man was walking towards Hwang Lu who was seated at the bar close to where they stood conversing instead.
After talking for a while, Mr Watson excused himself. Wanting to keep his eyes on his younger kids, Dalton and Drew. Though he knew his wife would be doing so, another watching-eye wouldn't be bad. His young sons loved playing around and this mansion was big enough for them to carry out their mischief. Sir Ming and Lee Ming was left alone and Lee Ming said "Your wish of having a grandchild has come to pass, just wanted to let you know" Lee Ming confessed.
"Eva's pregnant?! If that is the case then it calls for more celebration. Why didn't you go straight to the point like a normal person?" Sir Ming tried pulling on Lee Ming's ear but Lee Ming moved out of the way. He's too old for that. "I'm not a normal person" Lee stated to push his father's buttons even more.
"Let me go talk to Eva, I would be back" Sir Ming said before leaving Lee's side but he reached Mr Watson first "We would continue our discussion soon Mr Watson. But first, congratulations!. My son just told me Eva is expecting. It's great news". "Ohh yes, thank you. We are all so happy about it". Mr Watson responded. "So am I. But If you'd excuse me I'd like to talk to your daughter. We would get back to our conversation shortly" Sir Ming said and Mr Watson gave a small smile before raising the glass he was holding in his hands to his lips, gulping the contents.
