Chapter Nine Grandma Raven Comes to visit pt 2

                                                                                 10:30 A.M.

(Raven Branwen) Upon entering Neo's mansion I walked into the kitchen and I saw that Neo standing at the stove making eggs and sausage for breakfast and I walked over to the cupboards and I grabbed about six plates for Neo, Kelly, Myself, Yang & my daughter in law Blake, I then went about setting the table with silverware, napkins plates and glasses for us to use. After I had finished setting the table I walked over to Neo and I gently tapped on her shoulder which made her flinch Neo then turned around and when she saw me she smiled and she embraced me, once Neo had ended the embrace she said Hi mom we weren't expecting you until later this afternoon and I said with a smile well I wanted to surprise you and Kelly though I wasn't expecting your sister to be here as well but it's a welcomed surprise to have both of my girls together. Where's Kelly dear and Neo said she's probably still sleeping in  mom Kelly has had a rough couple of days and she's finally getting over a cold which wouldn't go away and I said I heard from my sources that she was abused and violated is this true dear? Neo looked like she wanted to tell my otherwise but instead of ignoring my question she said it's true mom and I feel so helpless that I can't take away any of the mental and emotional damage that she had suffered through at the hands of her abusive uncle and I said I know dear and just hearing the pain and sadness in your voice is breaking my heart at just the thought of the pain that she had suffered alone for so long but you are doing the best thing for Kelly by taking her in and raising her the proper way and Neo said with a small smile thanks mom it really means a lot to me hearing this from you and I said don't mention it dear just because you aren't my biological child I still love you as if you were created and carried by me for nine months.

Why don't you finish cooking breakfast while I go and wake Kelly and Neo said with a smile Thanks mom she then turned her attention back to the eggs and sausage while I headed upstairs, once I had finished climbing the stairs I walked down the hallway and when I had reached Kelly's bedroom I gently opened the door and I walked inside the bedroom and as I walked inside I saw that Kelly was begining to stir so I walked over to the chair that was pulled up next to her bed and I then gently placed my hand on her forehead and I couldn't help but to smile because I didn't think that I would ever be able to have a grandchild whom I could call my own since seven years back Yang & I weren't on the best of terms but I'm thankful that I was able to repair my relationship with my oldest daughter. After a few minutes Kelly opened her eyes and she looked at me and she gave me a small smile and she said in a whisper Hi grandma and I said Hi sweetheart how are you feeling and Kelly said I've been doing better thanks for asking grandma and I said you're welcome dear, Are you hungry darling? and Kelly said I'm starving and I said with a chuckle as I carefully picked up my granddaughter and I placed her in my arms and I said let's get that tummy of yours filled with a good breakfast as I lightly tickled Kelly's exposed stomach which earned me a few giggles and I then walked out of Kelly's bedroom and the down the hallway before I walked the stairs. Once we had reached the main floor I walked in the direction of the kitchen upon reaching the kitchen I walked inside and then I gently placed Kelly in a chair to my right before I took a seat at the far end of the table so that way I was directly facing Neo at the head of the table with Blake & Yang on either side of Kelly & I and after we all had made a silent prayer it was time to eat. Since Neo was at the opposite side of the table I decided to help her by filling up Kelly's plate with plenty of scrambled eggs and smoked sausages I then winked at my granddaughter and I mouthed eat up squirt which made Kelly blush and then Kelly started to eat up.

(Meanwhile at the Rose-Schnee Manor)

S. After weeks of traveling around Vale looking for my daughter and my daughter in law's place I had finally reached my destination and I then walked up to the front door of the manor and I rang the doorbell and then I pulled down the hood to my white cloak and after I rang the doorbell I waited for someone to answer the door and after a few minutes the door swung open and out stepped my daughter Ruby and she said with tears running down her face Mom is that you and I said it's me dear and I'm here to stay from now on I said with a smile and tears of joy running down my face and I embraced my daughter who returned my hug.
