(Author's Note) Hey everyone sorry about the lack of updates during the last eleven days, some personal issues came up after the 15th. but I'm back and I'm beyond excited to continue this amazing fanfic with you all.

May 29th

(Kelly Vanille) When Mom took Mackenzie upstairs for bed, the rest of us continued to play poker, I can't get over the fact at just how quick Mackenzie's growing up.

One minute she was a scared little girl who didn't trust many people so many months ago and now she's a very vibrant and energetic three year old little girl, she has made me and Summer beyond proud of her transformation.

Mackenzie is the apple to my mom and I happy that Summer and I are able to share Mackenzie with my mom as well as my future mother in laws Aunt Ruby and Weiss, I am beyond excited for the future wedding between Summer and I.

As I was deep in thought I felt someone nudge me with their elbow and this brought me out of my train of thought and I saw that it was Summer who had elbowed me and I then asked with a smile Yes Dear?

Summer then responded you've been zoned out for the past twenty minutes are you okay babe? I then said yeah I was just thinking of just how lucky my life has become over the last year and especially the last couple of months.

I have gotten the opportunity to become a mother alongside you my adorable princess and I then placed a kiss onto Summer's lips which made her cheeks turn a deep crimson red, I also proposed to the love of my life which earned me a round of aww's and wolf whistles.

After I was done speaking I said I'm going to bed now and so I stood up from my chair and I the got out from the chair and then I pushed in the chair and I then headed upstairs to get ready for bed.

(Trivia Vanille) As I laid in bed and watched tv I would occasionally look down and see how Mackenzie was doing while she slept against my right side and I couldn't help but coo at her as slept, She looks like an angel while she slept.

I'm just so happy that I got to live this long and be able to be a grandmother to both of my granddaughters, I never thought that I live long enough to be able to have not only a daughter and future daughter in law who love me unconditionally, but also two granddaughters.

During the war I honestly expected that I would have died when I switched sides in the final year of the war but thankfully I didn't die, otherwise I wouldn't be here to enjoy this adorable sight right now.

My eyes started to become weak and I couldn't resist the call of sleep anymore and so I turned off the television, before I gently picked up Mackenzie and I then placed her under the comforter and I then kissed her forehead and I then fell asleep.
