Chapter Forty Nine Mid Winter Break Pt 5 Headed Home

                                                                                                                    January 29th 
(Trivia Vanille) After a week long vacation today was the day that we all are headed home even though I'm a little bummed that the week had passed by so quick I am also happy to go home since I really missed being home. When I get home I have an ultrasound appointment with my former associate Dr. Emerald Sustrai and I am very excited to find out what gender my baby is going to be and I know that Will's excited to find out as well.

I was in the bedroom packing my suitcase while Kelly was with Summer doing who knows what though I do hope that they aren't doing anything that I wouldn't do because even though Kelly & Summer are fifteen and sixteen years old respectively and they can take care of themselves I guess that I can't wrap my head around the fact that they aren't little girls anymore which makes me sad but I know that they wouldn't be little for as long as I would've liked but I couldn't be happier with how much my little girl as well as all of my nieces and nephews have all grown up over the last ten years.

After about I had finished packing my suitcase I headed downstairs along with my suitcase and I then walked towards the kitchen to get a cup of coffee and after I had gotten my cup of coffee I then walked over to the living room where I sat down in a recliner by the fireplace and I sipped my coffee while I looked outside and I watched the snow fall and I thought to myself that I never expected to live past late teen and early twenties especially with the dangerous work that I had done in the mercenary field with Roman and Salem.

I sometimes wish that I could change my past and fix my past mistakes but I know I can't which I why I just live in the present and not think about all the mistakes, As I sat lost in thought I felt a hand on my shoulder which brought me out of my thoughts and I then looked up and I saw my goddaughter and niece Summer looking down at me and she then said Hi Aunt Trivia how are you doing? and I said with a smile Hi sweetie I'm doing good thanks for asking, So what are you thinking about Aunt Trivia and I said I was just thinking of how much all of you kids have grown up. I especially remember the day that you were born Summer your mom and momma were so very happy that you had finally made your apperance in our world sweetie your momma was tired and sore after you were born but she couldn't have been happier that you were finally born because as you know that both of your mothers lives weren't easy growning up as kids.

Anyways even as you all get older I will always be here if any of you need someone to talk to I'm always here sweetie I said as I reached up and I placed my hand on her shoulder and I gave it a light squeeze and I then continued to drink my coffee and once it was gone I went to stand up to rinse out my cup when Summer took my cup out my hand and then she walked towards the kitchen and I called after her and I said thanks sweetie and she called back you're welcome Aunt Trivia.

After a few more hours and It was time to leave and I then gathered my things and I carried my suitcase out of the lodge and to my car and once I had gotten my stuff into the car Kelly came running out of the lodge and she ran over to me and she said excitedly Mom can I spend the weekend at Aunt Weiss & Aunt Ruby's and I raised an eyebrow and I asked did you ask them first dear? and Summer said I asked them about five minutes ago and I said Alright sweetie have fun be safe & don't do anything that I wouldn't do sweetie and Kelly said Alright mom I promise I won't do anything that you wouldn't   do mom, my daughter then gave me a hug and kiss before she went back inside and she grabbed her suitcase and then she got into Weiss & Ruby's car and once the car had bern loaded with the luggage they left and then Will and I left shortly the lodge shortly after them.
