Chapter One Hundred & Twenty Ruby's Response

April 13th

Sixteen Years Earlier

I was stood in my room at loss for words from the shock of Weiss's proposal, after my shock had worn off I then then regained control of my voice and I said with tears running down my face and I said Yes Weiss I will marry you I then quickly closed the distance between us and I then pulled my soon to be wife into my arms and we then shared a passionate kiss and once we had finished our kiss we broke apart for air.

Weiss then presented me the ring and I couldn't help but smile at the unique design of the ring, I really loved the ring. I then asked Weiss how long have you had the ring? Weiss said I've had it for about two weeks I had some help with the design of the ring I had Coco & Yang help me draw out the design and then I took it down to the jewerly store and they crafted it and I have been holding onto it for two weeks.

Weiss then said I'm so glad that you love the ring Ruby, I was about to speak when the door flew open and a yellow blur ran over and they pulled me into a bone crushing hug I said Yang can't breathe, which caused Yang to chuckle and she said sorry Rubes I'm just so happy for you and Weiss, I'm very proud of the woman that you have become and I know that wherever mom is she is proud of you too, I then said thanks Yang.

Blake walked inside before she made her way over to me and she gave me a less painful hug and she said Congrats Ruby, I then said thanks Blake and she then said you're welcome Ruby and then Yang squealed loudly and I then covered my ears due to the spliting squeal and once she had finished squealing I then uncovered my ears and I said Yang calm down or you are going to shatter the windows again and Yang said sorry Rubes.

          
I then said I wasn't expecting Weiss to propose though I am happy to finally be able to spend the rest of my life with my snowflake and then I said thank you all for helping Weiss with the propsal, I can't wait for us to finally be able to tie the knot Weiss and Weiss said I can tell Rubes.

The door opened again and Raven entered and she then walked over to me and she pulled me into a hug which was very strange since she was the hugging type and then Raven said Ruby we are happy and excited for you on this upcoming chapter in your life and even though you aren't biologically my daughter you are my daughter and I know that your mom is proud of your accomplishments and achievements as both a woman and Huntress.

Just remember that when you stumble there will always be someone there to pick you up and I said thanks Raven and Raven said with small smile you're welcome dear.
