Chapter Eighty Five Mackenzie meets her great aunts

                                                                                                               March 8th
(Summer Rose-Schnee) Today Kenzie will be meeting her great aunts Yang & Blake, Kelly & I have been so busy with classes and taking care of Mackenzie that we forgot to let Aunt Blake & Yang the great news that they are now great aunts to a little cutie, After I woke up I saw that Kelly was no longer in bed and so I figured that she was probably out in the field training.

I walked to Mackenzie's bedroom/nursery and once I had entered I walked over to the bed and I gently picked up our little cutie and I carried her over to the table and I undressed her from the night before and I dressed her into a fresh pull-up and I disposed of the used one, I have been thinking of partially potty-training Mackenzie once school lets out at the end of the semester.

I then gently placed Mackenzie back on her bed and I then said Princess it's time to wake up and Mackenzie said no I don't want to get up momma and I said well I guess that I'm going to have to eat your cinnamon pancakes and the trick work and Mackenzie then opened her eyes and she asked with quivering lip you wouldn't eat my pancakes would ou momma? I then said with a straight face I will If you don't get up you little stinker as I tickled her sides which caused her to giggle, Mackenzie then said otay I'm up momma and I said good princess.

I then walked into her closet and I pulled out an outfit and I then laid it on her bed and I then walked to the kitchen to start making the cinnamon pancakes which had become Mackenzie's favorite breakfast as of late and I honestly It makes me happy that Mackenzie has become more open during the past month that she has been our baby girl.

It's crazy to think that she went from a scared and scarred little girl to a very bubbly and happy little and I'm blessed to be able to have her in our lives, She has everyone wrapped around her little fingers especially my moms and even more so Kelly who I swear is more of a kid at times then Mackenzie is but regardless I still love her.

As I was making the pancakes I heard a pair of little feet come running into the kitchen and a little voice said I'm ready momma and I took my eye off the stove for a minute and I then looked at Mackenzie and I said you sure are ready princess and then I turned my attention back to the stove I continued to make the pancakes, After ten more minutes had passed I had finished cooking the pancakes and I then plated them before I placed them on the table.

Mackenzie then started to gobble down her pancakes and I said slow down honey and Mackenzie then said sowwy momma I'm just excited for Auntie Blake and Yang visiting us today, I then said I know hun but if you keep gobbling down your pancakes you will give yourself a stomach ache and Mackenzie then continued at a slower place.

As we continued to eat Kelly walked into the apartment and then she walked over to me and she then placed a kiss on my lips which caused Mackenzie to say ew mommy not while I'm eating, Mackenzie's whine that she made caused Kelly to laugh and she said sorry baby and then she whispered into my ear I'm going to hop in the shower babe and I said okay hun I then pecked her lips and then she headed to our bedroom to get ready.

After a half hour Mackenzie had eaten at least three pancakes and then she pushed her plate to the center of the table and then she hopped down from her booster seat and then she ran to the living room to play with some of her toys, I then did the dishes and I then walked out to the living room and I played with our daughter until I heard a knocking on the door and I then walked over to answer the door.

Upon opening the door Aunt Blake & Yang walked inside and then Aunt Yang pulled me into a crushing bear hug and I said Can't breath Aunt Yang and then Aunt Yang released her grip from me and she said sorry hun, I haven't seen you in a while which earned her an elbow in the ribs from Aunt Blake and then Aunt Yang said correction we haven't seen you in a while.

Mackenzie walked up behind me and she said who are they momma and I then turned around and I picked up Mackenzie and I said these women are your aunts sweetie can you say hello cutie? Mackenzie then said Hewwo Auntie Blake and Yang, Aunt Yang then passed out from the excitement while Aunt Blake groaned at her partners antics which caused me to laugh at.
