Chapter One Hundred & Three It's Just My Luck

March 26th

(Qrow Branwen) I had arrived home from a two week long spying mission for Oscar & Glynda on the rise in Grimm in Northern Vale around four in the morning, And what I saw while on the mission I saw many different new species of Grimm that I had never seen before and the rate the new species that were spawning was very alarming and it made my skin crawl, Upon entering our home I took my shoes off and I put them into the mud-room along with my scythe and I then walked into the living room and I then fell asleep on the couch.

  
I slept for about five hours before I felt someone pulling on my leg and so I opened my eyes and I looked down and I saw that James was tugging on my pant leg and I said hey kiddo which caused James to say welcome home daddy, Thanks kiddo were you a good boy for mommy? James said yes daddy I was a very good boy for mommy, I helped her around the house I then ruffled his raven hair and I said good job kiddo I'm proud of you for taking care of mommy while I was gone on my mission.

James then climbed onto the couch so I sat up and I shifted my legs over and I then placed them on the floor and then I pulled James over and I then turned on the tv and I then turned on cartoons for James to watch while I filled out some post-mission paperwork that Glynda and Oscar had sent me on my scroll and I then worked on the paperwork for two hours before I heard the sound of my wife walking down the stairs and when she had entered the living room she walked over to me and she then gave me a passionate kiss.

Once we had finished our passionate kiss Winter then said Welcome home honey we missed you and I said I missed you both as well while I was snowflake I then pulled my wife into my lap and I then pecked her cheek and I said so what do you want to do today snowflake? WInter said well I have some good news babe and I asked what is that? Winter said we are going to have another baby hun I thought to myself with a sigh just my luck another kid don't get wrong I'm happy and excited about the prospect of another baby I'm still nervous that my bad luck could put them in danger but I guess that Winter and I will have to discuss what our future options to protect our upcoming baby.

I then said I'm excited at the propect at having another little Branwen running around her love and I know that this time we are more prepared for another child Winter I then said how far along are you sweetie? Winter said I'm three weeks along bird brain and I said with a pout hey be nice to me Snow Queen, I then looked over at James and I asked are you excited that you will become a big brother James? James just nodded his head and said I'm very excited about becoming a big brother daddy and I will be the best big brother to my little sibling daddy. I said I know that you will be the best big brother that your little sibling can ask for. 

I then said Hey Winter I was thinking of the two of us go out for a date night and leave James with his aunts Weiss & Ruby while we are on our date? Winter gave me a huge smile and she said I would love that besides we haven't gone on a date in quite a while Qrow and I said well that's why I've asked if you wanted to go on a date sweetie, I then said alright I will reserve us a table at Cozy Cove and I will set the reservation for 7:30 tomorrow night, Winter said I'm very excited for our date tomorrow night Qrow and I said I'm glad princess and then Winter & I walked into the kitchen to plan for tomorrow night.
