"You left out the part where Mariana is with you." Wes says.
"Oh did I? My bad."
"You....and Quinn?" I say not being able to quite wrap my head around it.
"You weren't meant to tell anyone." Wes says, sulkingly, looking straight at Jackson.
"I didn't tell her, but you just did."
"That's not fair, you told me to let you in."
"Life isn't fair buddy." Jackson pats Wes on the shoulder as he passes him, walking into Quinn's house. "And this is important." I still don't know what 'this' is but sure.
"Nice abs." I say walking past Wes who has his top off. "Wait who else knows about this?" I say as Quinn walks in the room.
"Only Jackson." She says.
"Trust me, I really wish I didn't. I walked in on the two of them with their tongues down each others throats."
"Remember that party when Mase walked in on you? The one where the two of you fought and I still stuck with you the rest of the night?" Wes asks.
"Shut up." He replies.
"Oh so you do remember?" He says. "If anyone else finds out because of you, it's over for you." Although the words may seem like it, Wes' tone isn't threatening, it's more of a joking tone. Neither Quinn nor Wes seem upset by me knowing, I think they just wanted a bit of time to themselves before telling everyone.
And what does Wes mean? Still, no one has told me what happened that night.
"The one where the two of you got drunk and threw around stuffed animals?" I say.
"Don't make it out like you weren't just as involved in the throwing as us." Wes says.
"I wasn't involved in the drinking."
"The one where Wes jumped in Tara's pool?" Quinn adds.
"That's the one." Jackson says, clearly unhappy.
"Who was that girl the two of you were fighting over anyway?" I say.
"It was just some girl that I kissed, I've never seen her again." That hurts but I can't really be jealous because we're not together and he doesn't even know that I have feelings for him. It still doesn't make it hurt any less. I have a strange feeling in my chest because of his confession but I can't be mad because he wasn't mine to loose.
"Oh? Why did Mason like her too or something?"
"No. It was the opposite."
"He didn't like her?"
"No."
"Oh. Ok, that makes sense."
"The reason we came here is for Quinn so Wes you can go." Jackson rudely says.
