11 years ago (the day of the tragedy), Ira's POV:

The full day I've been filled with dread of what's to come and now I sit in my car and look at the clock 23:30. I have three minutes to get in there. I scan the perimeter for any sign of danger and when I see the coast is clear I get out of my car.

There are a few cars parked in what should be an empty car park, who's still here this late?

I walk upto the room and check the time. It's exactly 11:33. I've followed their instructions, hopefully that'll be enough. Hopefully it's just a test.

I open the door to the conference room and the full board sits at the long table. Everyone's attention goes straight to me.

"What are you guys doing here so late?" I say with a confused look. They look just as confused as I do.

"We were told to come here." Arnold speaks up.

"By whom?"

"An anonymous threat."

"You've been getting them too?" I ask.

"We all have." Thomas says.

(Present Day)

"I knew it." I say in excitement as we near the ice rink at rockerfella centre, the giant Christmas tree behind it. It's the start of December so there are plenty of people ice skating already.

I've always wanted to ice skate.

"How'd you know?" He asks incredulously.

"The outfit was a dead giveaway."

"How?..." He trails off.

We put on our ice skates and then I realise. I can't skate, I never learned how. I always wanted to but the fear of falling over was too bad. Now there are hundreds of people on the ice, skating gracefully around like professionals. I'm going to look like an idiot.

If I fall over they're all going to be watching me, laughing at me, knowing that I've never done this before. I think I'll shrivel up and die from embarrassment.
