"That better not be the gun that I want." I say.
His brows furrow. "Mariana?" He questions.
"Fransico." I state.
"How did you know it was me?" He says lowering his gun.
"It was extremely difficult to put two and two together." I say sarcastically, spinning back round to face Jackson.
"I shoot first and ask questions later."
"And yet I'm still standing."
"We have the gun but Blaine's skeptical about giving you it. He doesn't want the police involved in what happened to Jackson, it's too messy."
"So you're not going to give me it?"
"No. But I have information for you. The gun wasn't purchased by itself, others were bought at the same time."
"It wasn't?" I say hopefully, turning to him. "How many more?"
"5." He states. He must have misheard me but I nod anyway.
5 guns, 5 people.
"Rhi." I hear a groggy voice mumble behind me. My heart jumps.
I spin back around so quickly I almost fall over.
"Jackson." I say breathlessly, relief washing over me.
He's not dead.
He's. Not. Dead.
His tired eyes are open only a small amount, a small smile on his face at the sight of me and I find myself mirroring it because he's ok.
"I love you." I say as I lean to kiss him. My hands gently touch his face and then I realise something. I pull away from the kiss. "I had to drive a fucking car to get you here."
"I'm sorry, what?" He says in disbelief. I'm still in disbelief and I'm the one who acctually did it.
"I know, it's crazy. I just kinda did it without thinking."
"Does that mean you're going to start driving lessons?" He asks sweetly.
"Absolutely not, it was traumatizing." He chuckles. "How are you feeling?"
"Not too bad all things considered."
"You really scared me." I say, sitting on the edge of his hospital bed. "I honestly thought you were dead."
"Sorry." He says, tucking a lose strand of hair behind my ear. "It'll definitely make you feel better that I'm not."
"Tyler didn't kill you but I just might. What the hell were you thinking? How many times did I tell you not to do that you idiot."
"Too many to count?" He says, trying to get the right answer with a smile.
"Sorry to interupt this heart warming moment, really, but I'm going to throw up." Francisco says. I forgot he was here.
