Living with the trouble maker

Chapter 1 ( Kendall) moving in

The sky is blue but no bluer than it is in L.A.
I am looking at this big house that appears to look like a plataion . My mansion is just as big but this house definitely has a southern look to it but it is beautiful. See I have moved from L. A. To Westfield Alabama. It is a small town but the Pitts are the riches in town and that is who I am moving in with in this beautiful house .

"Kendall Meddler sweetie Trust me Linda will take care of you and the school year will be over before you know it ." my mother tells me

She sounds all hopeful , but I know she is scared and sad .
But I will act
Just like she did because I don't want it to make it no harder on her .

I feel my stomach turn as we walk up the long walk way .
It been 5 years since we seen The Pitts .
We use to vacation to gather all the time like 2 times a year but we have not since 5 years ago , Although my mother and Linda Pitts have stayed close the rest has not .

We are waiting for Linda and her husband to come down the butler called for them .

" Greg " my mother screams as he walks around the Conner

They hug and then Greg says
" Kendall is that you why she is a woman now " he says

I laugh .

" It has been 5 years " I say with a smile

" Time don't matter when you are with family it's like no time passes " Linda says loudly
as she walks down the stairs

She looks like she very confident and she has every right to be she is a beautiful woman and she has plenty of money . If they made a house wide of Alabama Then Linda Pits would be their 1 st choice .
My mother runs to her friend and they hug .

Linda gives us a tour and each room is so pretty though it is hard to take it all in .

" That whole east wing is being renovate but it is still plenty of room we are so glad you will be staying " she says and puts her arm on my shoulder .

" Well if it ain't Kendall the meddler " I hear from behind me .

I turn round to find , Jessica.
She is Linda's daughter .
She beautiful and she always has been but 5 years ago she was a nerd . me and her brother use to play with each other and leave her out even though me and Jessica is the same age and Shane is 1 year and older than us .
" Jessica " I squeal
And I leap into a hug with her .

She is not no nerd no more . She is a vision of a cool girl . Blonde hair and all . She don't wear glasses no more and her clothes is definitely a upgrade .

After the tour is done Linda says
" Let me take you to your room sweet pea "

" This is Shane's room sorry that you will be staying next to him it is the only other bed room since the east wing is closed .
Why would I care if I stayed next to Shane we are friends or we use to be friends we fell out of touch , I guess he could be a completely different person now the boy I knew I liked though , we was good friends .
" That is ok " I answer her .

Just as I am even with the door it opens and I look over .

I am frozen .
It is Shane .
He looks a little bit like he use to but then so Different.
His hair is dark , maybe even darker  then before . his skin is the perfect shade . His face is flawless . He has a amazing jaw line . His arms are big I can tell he works out . Shane Pitts is hot . He has a white t shirt on the lays perfect on his body it so tight it is like it is meant to be on his body . It is so tight I can see threw it . His arm muscles are showing and they are something to see .He is frozen too or maybe it's because I am blocking him where he can't get by .

" Aren't you going to say hi to Kendall" his mom half says half demands

" Hi Kendall can I get by" he says in a dry tone

" Of course " I say and I stumble as I move out of his way
There is something different about him , more than just his looks .
He was cold and harsh .
I didn't expect us to become best friends like how we kind of was on all those vacations but I expected him to be friendly .

" You can put your stuff away I already had Xander bring your stuff up while we was touring .
Me and your mom will meet you in the dining room in about 20 mins ." Linda tells me

After I am finished unpacking I go down to try to find where the dining room is , but this house is so big I wonder around for a little bit . Then I see Shane sitting like a little nook he is reading .

He seems like he wants to be alone, but I should find the dining room , so. I say

" Umm Shane where is your dining room I have been searching ."

He looks at me it is a strange stare . His stare is very strong . I can't help but notice his lips they are so big , for a second I let myself think what it would be like to kiss those gorgeous lips ..

" You can't find it on your own ." He finally says
His tone is hard and that wakes me up from fantasy.
" It is a big house and it is my first time in it " I pick up for myself

" go to the left then Straight and you should run into it I guess Los Angels is small and easy to get around ." He says and goes right back to reading his book .

He is so rude . I don't understand it . He don't even know me . But he seems to not like me .

We are just about to be finish to eat and Shane sits down and in a chair that is no where near no one .
He just starts  to eat .
It is strange I don't understand it really .

Me and Linda walk my mother out .

" oh I forgot my phone at the table " my mother says out of distress

" I will go and get it ." I tell her

I go back in and quickly grab her phone , as I reach the door I can hear my mother and Linda talking .

" I am scared Linda " my mother says

" It is ok  Donna she is safe here , I won't let nothing happen to her , and this won't last that long  before you know it you will be back to get her . " " Linda tells her

I know my mother is sad .
When I walk out and Linda walks in .

" I am going to give you time sweet pea " she says in the most southern voice it is actually cute

We hugged and cried. I know she is upset .
I watch as she pulls out . I cry this is hard . !!!!
