Chapter 19 ( Kendall) { Fixed}

As me and Jessica and Blair walk into the school we see work men walking up and down one man walks around us all kinds of bricks . I see 2 more walk into the girls locker room .

" Excues me sir what is going on " Blair asks the work man

" Just replacing some walls in the locker rooms , some idiot boys made a peek hole mam" he answers her and looks her up and down

Blair walks off quickly I hear her say

" I feel vidlate " she was meaning by the way that the man looked at her

I am frozen because I realize that they are fixing the peek hole just after I found out .
So does it mean that Shane fixed it I told him last night but would he do that .

" Kendall come on" my friends call out to me .
I put my books up I hear the 2 girls talking and laughing but I don't have no ideal what they are talking about .

I see Shane standing by his locker looking at his phone.
He is so good looking .

Could he have had the peek hole fixed ?
If he did wouldn't that mean he is trying to be a better person.

I don't know but I need to ask him .

The bell rings Jessica and Blair go their ways

I walk fast to where Shane is .

I turn him around by the arm of his coat .

We are face to face just like that night when I moved in .

" Hey " I say

" Hey " he says back to me I must have surprised him I sort of surprised myself .

I feel his breath on me and I know he can feel my breath on him .

It is hot yet cool . It is sexy yet strange.
It is magical. It makes  me feel like I am in a another place .

Crowds rush past us but we are standing still just looking at each other . I know this seems strange but honestly it feels like how it should be .

" Did you do it " I ask

" What " he asks back

" The peek hole" I whisper where no one can hear us

"No " he answers me

" Then who " I ask him and I think hard

He just raise his shoulder telling me he don't know either

" So it is fixed now you won't have to worry about anyone peeking in on you " he tells me and leans closer to me .

" I usually don't shower in there anyway" I say

" Well then you only have to worry if I peek at home " he says

I know he meant it as a joke but it is almost a flirt .

I am blushing I know I am .

He moves a strand of my hair that has fallen.

I let go of my breath I didn't even realize I was holding it in .

He leans down " Kendall " he whispers

" Yea" I whisper back
" Was that all you wanted ?" He asks real low
This pulls me out of whatever I was in .
" Um yea we should get to class " I say

At lunch my friends joke and I laugh from time to time I keep looking at Shane . I watch how he chews how crazy is that I need to get over this whatever it is . I have had plenty of crushes but this is different He seems to be enjoying his lunch and having a conversation with his friends .
