Chapter 17 (Kendall)[kissable lips]

Since Derek gave me all the crazy info on Shane my mind has been reeling . I know he has changed since we was kids . But to intentionally get someone expelled . And even though I know this Info , it don't change the crush I have on him . I still think he is good , I can't say all of his choices are good .
I know he is not the boy I once knew . But it feels as though I know him now and he is a little rugged but I know he is good . But I know I also know that I need to talk to him . I don't know why I feel like I should but I do .
He did not go to supper. So I leave my door open in hopes to see him when he comes in .
I sit at my desk and do my homework and watch for him to get back after about 2 hours I decide to walk around the house and find him .
The house is big I could easily miss him , but I have to try .
I am walking and I hear Mr. And Mrs a Pitts talking
" I don't care it don't have to make sense "
I hear her tell him .
I walk on , I dont want to eves drop on there conversation .

I walk then I see out of a big window Shane is sitting by the pool with his feet in .

I make my way .

I take a deep breathe as I approach.
I never know about him , he may not want my company out here and if he don't he will show it .

"Can I join you " I ask him
He looks me up and down and then he smiles .
I can never tell with him I thought he was mad at me earlier.
" Sit after all it is a free country" he says

I sit down and take off my Gucci slides and put them on the other side of me .

I dip my toes in and scream a little .
He laughs .
" Do it all at once and it will be warm quick " he tells me
I do as he says . It is cold but not unbearable.

" You want a beer ?" He asks

" Yes thank you " I politely say
He reaches to to the ice cooler that is next to him and hands me a beer .

I try to open but I can't , I hate the scrape I feel on my hand as I try to open it .

He takes the bottle off of me and takes a bottle opener and opens it . So he has a bottle opener he must drink beer a lot or maybe it is just something he has .

" Thank you " I say and bat my eyes
I did not mean to it just sort of happened.
I force myself to look away .

I take a drink of the beer and see him staring at me out of the Conner of my eye .
The way he is looking at me is really different it is a stare but still something about it seems very different. It makes me uncomfortable yet I love it .

" Can I tell you something without you turning into a girl " he asks

I don't know what he means exactly but I still say

" ok but I am a girl "
   " Yea but don't get all girly " he says

" You have the most gorgeous , kissable lips , they are so pouty and they are just perfect " he tells me

Ok I did turn into a girl , but only on the inside , I will hide this from him although Boy am sure I am blushing .

I feel something drawing me to him I even move a little closer to him
My heart is beating fast .

    " So like have you only ever kissed Alex " he asks

       " His name is Austin " I tell him for like the 15 th time

       " And I did kiss another boy in a game of truth or dare " I add

        " oh yea Brayden but it was a small kiss " he asks

           " Yea it was a small kiss" I answer

       " I just mean you basically said y'all never did really made out you only kiss and not for that long  so why didn't you and Brayden kiss a lot longer .I am sure he would have " he says

            " no it was pretty short " I admit
       " And it was sort of embarrassing every one looking " I add

He leans in just a little .

         " What do you say we make out it would help you get more experience." He lets me know

" You need to actually know what it is like to make out " he says
" and I think you  could use some passion. In your life " he adds
He is joking.
He has to be joking .
I know he don't want to make out with me , I am. Not even sure if he likes me to be around . Let alone make out with me . He could have any girl he wants . He is just playing , he is probably hoping I will say yes where he can say oh I was just joking . I can imagine how embarrassing that would be .

But I do admit to myself and only myself I have thought about what it would be like to kiss him . He is very attractive and I do have a crush on him .

        " Shane " I whine
I know he is joking
His blue eyes is shinning and I could get lost in them .
      " Come on I can guarantee you will love it " he states
Wow I can't believe he is saying this .
I don't think he really likes me he just acting , he is just trying to embarrass me .

            " you don't have a boyfriend I don't have a girlfriend so why not " he asks

He seems to really be trying .
I actually really want to like really want to but I am scared he is just joking or what will happen next , he is use to sleeping girls and that can't happen I am no where near ready , and he could just want to make out once but I would end up being in love then how would I act around him , living in the same house and all . It is best to just let it go .

          " Where did you get the beer " I ask in order to change the subject.

            " I stole it right out of the ice box , I heard him

say he was going to drink it tonight. And so I took it .
I would rather have it than that asshole . If he really wants beer he can go and buy more , I don't really give a f**k " he says
I can hear the anger in his voice .

      " who is he "? I ask

      " My dad " he answers

He seems to be mad at his father , I have notice him being very disrespectful to both of his parents.

" so some people say you are bad and stealing beer off of anyone is bad but stealing beer off of your dad you are kind of asking for it ya know ." I say

" I am not asking for it and he deserves it and people can say whatever they want but who been telling you I was bad ." He asks
I just stare at him . Because I don't want to answer his question
