Jesica wanted to . But I made up some story how I heard that if you walk after you eat breakfast then you don't be hungry all day .
So she was willing to do so .
When Derek kissed me to day when we first got to school .
I did think of what Shane said .
Our kisses are weak .
I hate that he is right .
But they don't compare to how Shane kisses .
I feel like such a bad girlfriend .

At lunch I barely eat . I am giving fake laughs at whatever Derek says I am really not paying attention to what he is saying . I also look over at Shane every so often which makes me feel like even a badder person .
I forgot my math book in my locker so I rush to my locker before class starts .
Just as I open it I hear
" Hey there" Shane says
He is leaning on the locker next to mine .He looks so cool , not like a cowboy but a heartthrob .
" Hey " I barely say
I pray to God he can't see threw me .
That the truth is I like him and I want to break up with my boyfriend and be with him , but that is just it he don't want me to break up with my boyfriend he just wants me to hook up with him .
" So am I driving y'all home " he asks
" No I am going walk " I answer
" What did you hear if you walk after school it helps you to get smarter" he jokes
He knows I am trying to not be around him .
" You are right we should just ride home with you ." I say
I can tell he is surprised .
" I think the night is the night with Bo " Jesica squeals
" I so don't want to hear this " Shane states
" whatever I know all about your hook ups " she tells him
" but you don't have to hear about it " He says back to her
" yea because you are closed off and don't care about any girl any way ." She tells him
He looks in the mirror at Me I was looking at him but then I look away .
" What are you wearing to the party Jesica asks
" I am not going " I announce
" Why not ?" Shane asks while looking at me in the mirror
" Because my boyfriend Derek can't go he is rehearsing late " I say
It is the truth but I want to get threw Shane's head that I am with Derek . I know he knows but the boy is not use to not getting what he wants .
" You should go , I mean just because Banner ain't gonna be there don't mean you will not have fun , you may have more fun without him being there ." He tells me
" Please I need you just in case Me and Bo don't hang out or whatever " Jesica begs
" ok " I agree
" Good y'all can ride with us Gunner is are sober driver " Shane tells us
" What Gunner sober really" Jesica screams
And all 3 of us laugh
