(Y/n) and Blaze were waiting on a bench outside in an awkward silence.

(Y/n) wanted to leave, to go hide forever, she wished she could regret telling Blaze, but she didn't for whatever reason.

"Why did you tell me?" Blaze asked suddenly.

(Y/n) looked at her, (y/n) wasn't sure. Why did she tell Blaze? She had only met Blaze a couple of days ago. What was she thinking?

"I'm not sure. I guess I just couldn't hold it any longer." (Y/n) decided to say, turning away from Blaze again.

"Have you told anyone before?" Blaze asked.

"Sort of. (F/n) kind of knows, but he doesn't know the details." (Y/n) said, still not looking at Blaze.

A vehicle parked in front of the bench and Silver, Sonic, and Shadow were inside (they're gonna have vehicles just because).

Silver got out of the vehicle and walked up to the two. Blaze and (y/n) stood up as well.

"I'm driving Shadow back if you wanna catch a ride with us (y/n)?" Silver suggested.

(y/n) shrugged. "Sure, why not."  Blaze looked at (y/n) with worry.

The three got into the vehicle, Silver driving, Blaze in the passenger seat, and (y/n) in the back with Sonic and Shadow.

As Silver started driving, Sonic asked (y/n); "how are you liking Station Square?"

"It's fine. Smaller than (b/f/n) described it to be. But she exaggerates a lot." (Y/n) said with a shrug.

"What's with cutting the coffee short Blaze?" Sonic asked Blaze. Shadow elbowed Sonic in the stomach making Sonic frown at him.

"Erm... just some... info that might take a while to process," Blaze answered while glancing at (y/n) in the mirror.

"What kind of information?" Silver asked curiously.

"It isn't my job to tell you." Blaze retorted with a bit of anger.

"Alright, well (n/n), what's the-" Sonic started before (y/n) interrupted him.

"Don't call me that." She snapped at him.

"Ok, (y/n) the (a/t), what's the secret?" Sonic asked. Shadow rolled his eyes at him.

"I don't have to tell you." (Y/n) growled.

"But you told Blaze, why can't we know?" Sonic asked, practically begging.

"Keep your nose in your own business." Shadow snapped, defending (y/n).

(Y/n) frowned. "I don't need you to speak for me." (y/n) told him.

"Sorry," Shadow said with a shrug, not sincere. (y/n) rolled her eyes and looked out the window now ignoring any questions from Sonic.

Shadow

Shadow wished she had the ignorance (y/n) had at times. She had turned and was ignoring all of Sonic's obnoxious questions while Shadow was left wishing he could silence Sonic.

"Have you had any other missions this week?" Silver asked in one of Sonic's breaks to find more questions to ask.

"No, it's been a calm week so far. You never know, we might get another assignment when we get back." Shadow said with a shrug.

"Probably not as big as that one right?" Silver asked before Sonic could ask (y/n) another question.

"Probably not another one like that for a long time," Shadow said. "We're probably free for the rest of the week but we have to be ready,"

"I've just got notified that the Commander wants to speak with us." (y/n) said.

"Oh? What is it?" Shadow asked.

"(b/f/n) didn't say, but she said it sounded important." (y/n) replied simply.

"Well, then it's a good thing we're here," Silver said as he pulled up to the G.U.N department.

"Thanks for the ride." (y/n) said simply as she got out of the vehicle.

"(y/n)! I'll call you when I'm ready to talk again." Blaze said before (y/n) got out completely. If (y/n) heard her, she didn't acknowledge her.

Shadow followed after (y/n) into the building into the Commander's office.

"I'm glad you two came quickly, this is important," Commander said once he saw Shadow and (y/n). "There is a mobian that used to work for us that may be committing acts of violence and blaming it on G.U.N. Don't attack him, just gather info."

"But if he's insulting G.U.N shouldn't we attack him?" Shadow asked skeptically.

"We aren't entirely sure if we have the right guy, so if we go around, attacking random mobians what he's spreading around will become true."

"So we have to make sure he is the correct target." (y/n) finished for the Commander.

Shadow nodded. "So where are we going to find him?"

"At Dun-Bar," Commander said simply "It's a family-owned bar on the edge of Station Square. It's pretty popular with (a/t)s  since it's one of the only (a/t)-owned companies."

"I know Dun-bar, I get free drinks there." (y/n) said. "He's my uncle."

"Well, there's an improvement. If they're willing to, maybe they could watch for him as well." Commander suggested.

"We could ask. When will he be there?" Shadow asked.

"He should be there in about an hour from what we've observed," Commander stated. "We've seen he likes to target (a/t)s specifically. So watch for them being harassed by a brown bear."

"Did you say what his name was?" (y/n) asked.

"No, but I could, I doubt it'll help much," Commander said in a questioning tone.

"I'm just curious, and I may know who he is." (y/n) explained herself.

The Commander nodded knowingly. "Ok, his name is Gunner, Gunner the Bear."
