She actually came? This is amazing! Maroon was surprised that this (a/t) had shown up out of nowhere but she was also excited that she could have a proper conversation with (y/n).

"Where should we start then?" (Y/n) asked casually, "I've never been in therapy before."

"Well, Grey and I were discussing his childhood so we could start there? With both of you?" Maroon suggested with a shrug, "(y/n), you can start."

(Y/n) glanced at Maroon briefly before sighing. "(D/n) and (m/n) are my parents, (s/n) is my older sister, (b/n) is my older brother." (Y/n) began plainly, "(S/n) and I got in a bad fight when I was 11 and she moved out, then everyone else was murdered when I was 12." Maroon noticed (y/n)'s voice faltering near the end of her explanation.

Maroon tipped her head at (y/n). "Were you close with your family?" (Y/n) nodded slightly, "How did they die if you don't mind me asking?"

(Y/n) narrowed her eyes and turned her head to Maroon with a deadly glare. "I do." She growled lowly, making Maroon nervous.

"How did you get over the trauma?" Grey jumped in quickly, "I mean, how did you stop it from coming to your mind every day?"

(Y/n) looked at Grey with an intense stare. "I haven't gotten over it." Was all she said before leaning back in her chair, looking relaxed but in reality, she was very tense and guarded.

Maroon sighed silently. "Well, in order for you to heal, you need to find something that will help ease the pain of the loss," Maroon explained, "any ideas?"

"Sending their murderer to jail." (Y/n) said instantly. Maroon looked at her, slightly bewildered at how quickly she had answered.

"If you think that will help you," Maroon hesitantly agreed, "but know that this may not be the answer."

(Y/n) shrugged dismissively. "I'm fairly sure it is," she admitted, "your turn, Grey."

Grey looked at (y/n). It looked like he wanted to glare at her but he seemed scared. He then sighed. "I have an older brother and a twin sister," Grey began, "my parents loved my brother more than my sister and I, and my parents loved my sister more than me. I guess I was the odd one of the group."

"And what did your parents' treatment lead you to do in the future?" Maroon asked seriously.

Grey stared grimly at the table, he wasn't going to answer her. "He was nice when I first met him," (y/n) said in a voice that matched Grey's face, "I wasn't sure what love felt like, but I thought what I felt for him was that."

"And it wasn't?" Maroon questioned, looking back at (y/n), who was staring into the distance with a stony face.

She nodded slightly, almost unnoticeably. "It was good for the first few months, honestly," (y/n) continued, "but Grey changed. He became more aggressive. And I just kept gaslighting myself into staying with him. 'It's a faze', 'he's going through stuff'. All of it was excuses for him."

(Y/n) shuddered, Maroon could see her eyes begin to glisten with tears. "When did you realize it was all excuses?" Maroon asked hesitantly.

(Y/n)'s head moved to stare at Maroon. "When he forced himself on me."
