Mias POV:
'We heard you've been doing some filming this last week. Tell us how that's been going.' The head of media asked, kicking off the board meeting.

I had been nervous for it all week but now it was here I'd never felt more prepared. I'd done a few more videos with Yuki and Carlos, and had behind the scenes clips ready to go too.

'Yes it's gone well. I know the boys are busy and I technically don't have any slots with them yet, but I've just been finding time to film fun little videos with them so it doesn't feel like work.' I smiled, opening up my laptop and linking it to the screen.

'I've got three ready to go so far. We've got the f1 quiz with Charles and Lando, the blindfolded cake decorating with Yuki and Carlos, and then the snack wars with Daniel and George.' I smiled, flicking through them just to give them an example.

'You're really doing exceptionally well, having three videos ready to go is amazing and it'll make your workload so much easier. You did mention Daniel, though. Do you think working this close with your brother is going to effect your work?' He asked.

'In what way?' I frowned.

The lady besides him cleared her throat, tapping her pen on the table at his ridiculous suggestion.

'In the way that it'll seem like you only got your job because of him, and your Uncle Wayne.' He added.

Ouch

'I was hired, by you, I believe. And you yourself know that is not the reason why I got the job. Therefore it's ridiculous to even suggest such a thing.' I responded.

'She's right, Barnaby. The girls good at her job. We've not had this much combined content in years. Being related to Danny or not, shes giving f1 the team peace it's been looking for for years.' The lady chimed in.

Barnaby closed his laptop and nodded, looking over at me before holding out his hand.

'Well done, you've done a great job. Videos for the main channel are to be uploaded on a Monday, Thursday and Saturday. Other teams may request you work with them on specific, more tailored videos, and that is at your own discretion.' He explained.

'Thank you for the opportunity.' I smiled.

'Don't let me down.' He responded, leaving the room with the woman who had been defending me moments before, leaving me alone.

'Fuck.' I mumbled, rubbing my face stressfully.

I decided I wanted to go on a walk, not wanting to go and see my brother or Lando, knowing they'd just feel sorry for me. It never normally hit a nerve, but the mention of my uncle dug deep.

Everyone in my family was successful, whether they were drivers or not. I just hoped I was doing him proud because I know how much hedve given to spend one more day at a racetrack, and I was here doing it for him.

God how much I dreaded Singapore.

I had an hour to kill until the qualifiers, and so I'd decided to go and relax on the patch of grass behind the paddock. Fans weren't allowed back there so I knew I'd be left alone, and all of the boys were preparing so I hoped for a quiet moment alone.

That was never possible.

'How'd your meeting go?' Pierre asked, laying down on the grass besides me.

'I'm not too sure how to take it.' I responded, covering my eyes from the sun.

'Why?' He asked warily.

'Well, he asked me if putting Daniel in my videos is gonna make it look like I only got my job because of him.' I responded.

'I know it's shitty but aren't you use to that comment?' He frowned.
