Mias POV:
Pierre spent the rest of the plane journey in silence, his headphones in, staring at the floor and occasionally moving his head with the music.

'Pierre's revenge era is starting.' Max said, looking up from his phone long enough to notice the cold stare on Pierre's face.

'Watch out, Max.' I responded.

'He'll run out of energy before he reaches me, I'm all good.' He joked, looking up at the seatbelt sign as it flashed green again, letting us know to put them on.

'How many people do you think heard you sleep with Charles last night, Mia?' Yuki asked, almost making me spit out my water.

Lewis hadn't mentioned it the entire flight, meaning that Yuki must have found out himself.

'Well now that you've mentioned it. Two.' I responded.

Max held his hand up, as did Pierre, and I rolled my eyes, sinking back in my seat at the feeling of knowing that Lando and Daniel would have found out now, through the grapevine most likely.

'You should just make it official already. How long have you known eachother? Near enough 5 months.' Lewis explained.

'Yes but we've been against eachother most of that time.' I pointed out.

'No, you've been against him.' Yuki jumped in.

'I have not. I've just been worried, that's all.' I argued.

'I think we should shift this conversation.' Pierre interrupted, realising that I was getting uncomfortable.

Although I didn't speak about it, it was obvious that letting Charles in hadn't gotten rid of my worry, especially now that I'd watched him crash with my own eyes.

Charles: Arthur is sad that you're not flying with us, thinks you don't wanna film with him.

Me: Arthur is sad, huh?

Charles: yep

Me: tell him to meet me at my office the second we land and we'll record something

Charles: i don't think I will tell him that.

Me: I'll text him then.

Charles: I need some alone time with you first.

And as promised, he hadn't told Arthur to meet me, as when I arrived, it was empty. Lewis and Yuki had decided to go on a track walk, and Carlos was currently sitting on the sofa in my office, throwing a ball up and down painfully slow.

'Why do I feel like I'm babysitting a naughty kid outside of the headteachers office?' I asked, looking at him in amusement.

'Because you are.' He sighed.

'Come again?'

'I'm here to wind you up.' He elaborated.

'Would it please you if I told you it's working?' I asked him, lifting up the lid of my laptop and turning it on.

'Yup.'

We sat in silence for another 15 minutes whilst I tried my hardest to edit a video. Yet, every few seconds the constant sound of Carlos throwing the ball up into the air echoed throughout the room.
