Mias POV:
'Looks good, post it.' Lewis nodded, passing me my phone back and smiling at me with a little pride in his eye.I took a deep breath and pressed post, hoping he knew what he was doing.

Hey guys! I'm posting from Italy just to let you all know I'm okay. The crash was bad but I'm very very lucky, and only suffering a broken arm and a few bruises. Everyone else is safe. I would like to address the rumours circulating my relationship, as not only are they not true, they are damaging individual reputations and therefore disrupting the racing. The photos posted of Charles at the club were fake, and CGI edited. I am seeking legal advice and action is being taken to figure out who made them and where they came from. As for my relationship, we are doing better than we ever could be doing, and I'm just happy to be safe and back with my f1 family. See you out on the track🌹🏆🏎️❤️The post blew up, mainly because it was the first thing anyone had heard from me since the crash, apart from a photo of the house in Monaco, and partly because it was the first time anyone had addressed either situation over the last week.
'Do you think it looks odd? I never use that emoji. I added a few more to try and throw people off.' I rambled to Lewis.
'Oh certainly. You know what fans are like. They'll be coming up with all kinds of speculations as to what the rose means. Some of them probably have your recent emojis written in their notes, and this isn't one.' He laughed.
'So what do we do now?'
'We wait.' He smiled, getting up from the sofa and walking past me, giving my hand a squeeze on his way out of the office.
I rolled my eyes at his mysteriousness, turning in my laptop and finally facing the work I'd not done in the last few weeks, creating a list of the things I wanted to do the most, and what needed to be done before I began to plan new videos.
Luckily, I liked to edit as I filmed, so all I really had to do was schedule my uploads for the several different channels I was running, which was good, as I didn't feel up to editing anything.
I was excited to get back into my work, and thanked myself for being a workaholic, because now I was back, I didn't need to play catch up.
I had 20 minutes before qualifying, and so packed my stuff up and locked my office, pulling my phone out of my pocket and reading over any notifications i had. None of them caught my eye, and so I put it back, heading upstairs to the Mclaren garage.
'Watching with us for once, huh?' Lando asked, coming up behind me and putting a headset in my hands.
'Felt like being nice to you.' I joked.
'Oh stop it, I love it when you're here. I feel more confident already.' He smiled, zipping up his race suit.
'Whether I'm in the Ferrari garage or in the stands I'm still supporting you.' I said, in a duh tone.
'I know. You need to give me a little bit of your luck and maybe next year will be my year.' He said, giving me one last hug before heading downstairs.
'Next year will be your year regardless.' I called after him, rolling my eyes and turning my attention back to the track.
Charles was stood down below me, his helmet in his hand, dangling down besides him as he listened carefully to what a member of his team was saying.
I heard people began to scream and cheer when they saw me peek my head over the balcony, causing him to look up at me.
I saw a smile cross over his face, and he lifted his spare hand to blow me a kiss, before placing it over his heart.
