Mia's POV:
Charles came over to put a parasol over me after about an hour, saying he didn't want me to burn, and after that I had sat and watched the boys play their complicated and extremely violent game of volleyball.

It was complicated because Lewis kept changing the rules. It was violent because Lando had caused about 3 casualties since the game started.

The beach was quiet, but I noticed that a few fans had started to gather along the boardwalk. I was happy that we had walked down the beach a bit, as it meant that our house was still hidden and out of the way. The last thing I would ever want is for our fans to find out where we lived.

Luckily, the long driveway secluded by a foresty pathway meant that nobody would ever expect it to be as close to the beach as it really was. It just meant we'd have to walk the long way back.

A little girl came running up to me, I didn't see her coming, and she was being chased by her father, her mum walking behind them, already apologising to me. She stopped right in front of me, sitting down and crossing her legs.

She was no older than 5, looking at me with a little glisten in her eye.

'Hi.' She spoke softly, waiting for an answer.

'Hey angel, are you okay?' I asked, her dad besides her now, already trying to pick her up.

'She's okay.' I let him know, watching as he narrowed his eyes at me, out of recognition.

'I'm sure I know you.' He mumbled.

'Charles Leclerc, nice to meet you.' My fiancé said, running up the beach and holding out his hand for the man to take.

I saw the look in his eyes. THAT is where he knew me from.

'Oh my god I'm so sorry that I disturbed you guys, we'll be off.' He said, looking between me and Charles, and then the group of boys playing their game at the bottom of the beach.

'You're fine honestly.' I laughed, still not moving from my position in the sand.

'My mummy does that and she's pregnant with my brother!' The little girl exclaimed, pointing at the way I was laying.

Her dad shushed her. Her mum was heavily pregnant, and now at our side too.

'You don't say that to people Ava, that's rude.' Her mum scolded her.

'I'll let you in on a little secret Ava. I'm pregnant too.' I laughed, her little face lighting up.

'That's so exciting! More friends!' She exclaimed, starting to sing and dance as her dad let her down.

'I'm so sorry.' Her mum said, struggling to sit besides me.

'Honestly it's okay. I would get up and greet you but there's too many fans around and I don't want my pregnancy leaked to the world this early.' I laughed.

The men were talking, and Ava was running rings around Charles's legs, getting dizzy and falling on the floor. Reaching for him to pick her up. He did, standing her up on her feet and tapping her head slightly, laughing as she clung to his leg.

'Im Lucy, by the way. We've just moved here.' She said, introducing herself to me.

'Im Mia. I've just moved here too.' I laughed.

'Oh really? That's so nice. I've not met anyone new yet and I feel kind of secluded. Especially being pregnant with my second.' She explained.

'It'll be nice to have a new friend around here.' I smiled, opening my phone to put in her number.

'I'm so sorry to leave so early but we've got to get Ava to her grandmas, we always walk her along the beach on the way, she loves the sea. It's almost like bumping into you was a blessing.' She smiled, typing in her number and adding her name.

'Let us know if they give you any trouble, and I'll send Mike right back down here to sort them out. He's ex military, it won't be a problem.' She laughed, pointing at the growing group of fans at the boardwalk.

'Him and Lewis will get on like a house on fire then.' I laughed.

'Lovely to meet you, Mia. I'll see you around?' She asked.

'Of course. Say goodbye to Ava for me.' I waved, watching as their daughter ran off across the beach, Mike in tow.

Charles came to sit besides me, slowly rubbing his hand through my hair as he spoke.

'They seem nice.' He said, watching as the rest of the boys headed up the beach, packing up their stuff.

Charles sat behind me as I sat up, sliding my tshirt over my head in one smooth motion, so I could now sit up without worrying.

'They seem lovely. And Ava is the cutest.' I smiled, brushing the sand off of my legs.

'I can't wait for that to be us.' He smiled, looking down at me and kissing my head.

'You think we're having a girl?' I asked, surprised, as I hadn't even thought about it yet.

'I'm sure.'

'You seemed smitten with her, if we have a daughter she will be the luckiest.' I responded, standing up and grabbing my towel, allowing Danny to place his over my shoulder so he could carry the parasol.

'Just like her mum.' Charles smiled.

'I'm a little confused as to why we're not being bombarded right now.' George said, walking ahead of me but taking a glance every now and then to look up at the boardwalk.

I looked over too. Noticing a few men in black suits stood at the steps. I looked over at Charles, and he didn't make eye contact with me, a smirk on his face.

'Charles hired beach security supposedly.' Lando said, catching on to what was going on.

'At least it means we can walk back to the house from the beach.' Arthur added, running off towards the gate.

'I saw that little girl come running over, Mia. What an angel. Their dad said they've just moved here.' Lewis said, walking besides me.

'Yes, I think they have. It'll be nice to have a mum friend, I feel like I'm gonna need them.' I laughed.

He frowned and I shoved him, letting him know I was half joking.

'I love all of my boys but when I've got a baby I'm going to need women around me.' I explained.

'I'm all clued up on childbirth.' Charles added.

'And child making, clearly.' Lando interrupted.

'Stop talking about the baby making, Lando.' Danny warned.

'How can I when she's literally having a baby?' He argued with my brother, all the way into the house, running away as he chased him.

'So I can't control you guys, but a supposed baby girl which, may I add, hasn't even been born yet, somehow can.' I laughed, watching as they all headed in, as Charles locked the gate.

'Oh they'll all be wrapped around her finger no doubt.' He laughed.

'You're so sure she's a girl, I don't want you to get your hopes up.' I said, taking his hand.

'I'd not be disappointed. We're having a baby and that in itself is magical. But my mum rang me as soon as she heard the news, and she's never been wrong.' He grinned.

'Well, we find out soon,'

'I want to be there with you. I'm still upset I couldn't be with you for the test. I want to be there for every appointment, everything.' He said, firmly.

'And I want you there, we've got a family now.' I smiled.

'I'm so terrified to go back tonight. I don't want to have to leave you, my mind isn't on racing anymore.' He sighed.

'I will be safe. I swear.'

'And when you get too pregnant you promise you'll stay at home? I'll make sure someone's here looking after you, if not me.' He said, holding out his pinky.

'I promise.'
