Chapter 37

*Time skip* 

"Y/N my dear are you alright?" I huff glaring at my husband who has just walked through the door "I can't get up." he chuckles but stops at my glare "Give me your hands." he pulls me to my feet hands skimming over my growing belly "You have done this twice before my love." I pout leaning into his arms "I am fully aware thank you." he chuckles peppering kisses over my face "Well you look stunning and beautiful as ever."

The door flies open A blue of white and green entering the room followed by Legolas grinning "Ada. Naneth. Have you seen Elora?" I smile softly nodding to the chair his sister has just ducked behind. He runs over grabbing her around the waist while she squeals happily the two of them laughing. Elora skips over wrapping her arms around my legs "Naneth will you play with us?" Thranduil smiles "Why don't we leave your Naneth to rest. I'll play with you." She beams running into his arms "Okay Ada." she leans over kissing my cheek "Love you Naneth." 

Legolas walks to my side hugging me gently "How are you feeling Naneth." I smile cupping his face gently "Yes thank you, just tired. Thank you for keeping your sister entertained I cannot keep up with her currently." He grins "I don't mind. I love spending time with her." 

I press a kiss to his forehead "Are you going to see the guards?" I nod "Would you like to join me?" he nods looping his arm through mine while talking animatedly about how his training is coming along and how he hopes to teach Elora to use a bow as soon as she is old enough before detoring of to his lessons and how he dislikes the books he is currently reading. We reach the training yard and he helps me over to a bench before joining some of the younger guards picking up a training sword. 

"Y/N?" I turn my head beaming recognising the voice instantly despite so long apart "Koa." he grins striding over eyes darting down for a moment before his smile widens "Congratulations are in order I see." he helps me up kissing my cheek "You must be so excited." I nod "A little uncomfortable but yes." he grins turning when a loud squeal comes from behind us "Uncle Koa. Uncle Koa." Elora comes skidding over throwing her arms around him as he lifts her up "Hey kiddo. Woah look how big your getting." she grins "Legolas thinks I'll be as tall as him one day." Koa laughs "I bet you will."

Thranduil strides over smiling aplogetically "I did try and distract her, apologies." I smile kissing his cheek "Its alright. How long are you staying?" Koa smiles handing Elora to her father "Two weeks if that is alright with you?" I smile brightly "Perfectly alright." he grins looping my arm through his "And I bought someone with me who I would like you too meet." 

"Really, who?" he grins leading the way through the palace to the guest rooms pushing open one of the doors "Y/N this is Lalita my fiance." I grin stepping forward "Oh it is so lovely to meet you. Koa speaks of you all the times in his letters." she smiles blushing slightly "Really?" I nod smiling at Koa who is avoiding my gaze looking embarrased "I am so happy to finally meet you in person." she smiles "You as well." her eyes suddenly widen and she drops into a curtsey "Your majesty." I shake my head reaching to help her up "Oh none of that. Just Y/N is fine. I hope the both of you will join Thranduil and I for dinner?" they both nod Koa grinning "We would love too." 

Lalita is just as lovely as Koa stated in his letters the two of them perfect for each other. It is very clear they are deeply in love and I couldn't be happier for Koa he deserves to be happy. Thranduil keeps one hand resting over mine during dinner his thumb brushing my wrist while I try and focus on the conversation tiredness pulling at my eyes I think this will be our last baby as much as I love all of them I am fed up with being pregnant.
