Jay and Erin's baby journey

Migraine

It was the Afternoon, and Jay and Kimmy were watching Bluey on their Tv, until jay had a bad headache.

Halfway through the 2nd episode, Jay started seeing spots, he closed in on himself, trying to shield some light.

Kimmy being only 1 didn't know what her daddy was doing, she thought he was playing peek- a boo, but when Kimmy heard sniffles, she knew her daddy was sick.

Without a thought, Kimmy screamed for her mama quite loud,

"MAMA!!" Kimmy screamed.

Jay whimpered even more, he knew his baby girl was trying to help him, and he loved that, but his 1 year old sure does have her mom's scream.

Erin heard her baby girl calling her, so she washed her hands, and walked over.

"What's up sweetheart?" Erin asked her baby girl.

"DADA!" Kimmy babbled, as she pointed to her daddy, who was now crying with his head on the edge of the couch, with his eyes covered.

"Oh baby." Erin sighed, as she looked at her husband, then turned back to Kimmy.

"Well done baby girl, you did the right thing calling me, so how do you feel about a day out with Auntie Hailey, and Uncle Kevin?" Erin questioned while smiling.

Erin knew Jay needed some calm, and just sleep, so she was glad that her baby girl was excited.

"YAY, AUNTIE HAILS, AND UNCLE KEV KEV!!" Kimm squealed.

"Okay, My noisy little monkey, go get your shoes on, and I'll call them." Erin kissed Kimmy's head.

"Okay Mama." Kimmy giggled, as she toddled over and placed a warm kiss on her daddy's head.

Erin loved that moment, Kimmy is smart, she knew her daddy was sick.

Erin checked once more at Kimmy, as she was sitting on her stool, choosing what shoes to wear.

Erin walked over to Jay, and sat down on the couch.

"Come here hon." Erin rubbed Jay's back softly, and help guide him to her lap.

Jay slowly lied down on his wife's lap, and whimpered.

"Oh baby, It's okay, shhh, squeeze my hand if you need to." Erin soothed softly.

Jay squeezed Erin's hand, and let a sob out, at how much his head actually hurt.

"Oh baby, it's okay let it out, it's gonna make your head worse, if you keep it in." Erin encouraged gently.

Jay let the sobs out, and buried his face in his wife's legs, trying to block out the pain.

"That's it baby, I'll call Hailey, and Kev see if they take Kimmy for the day." Erin suggested softly.

Jay squeezed Erin's hand in yes, and Erin took that as a agreement.

While taking her phone out of her pocket, she massaged his head, and rubbed his shoulders, anything to take the pain off her sick husband.

Kimmy grabbed her colouring pages, and books, then walked into the living room.

Erin noticed her baby girl walking in the room, she had her pens, and books, she was Jay and Erin's smart little girl.

"Aww, well done baby bear." Erin whispered.

"Dada's sick, so, I decwiced to draw him a pwicture. Kimmy explained.

"I think daddy will love any picture you draw baby girl." Erin smiled.

Erin texted Hailey, and they were more than happy to take their baby niece out.
