Jay and Erin's baby journey

Cheating

It was the evening, and Jay was home late from work, and he didn't tell Erin, which made Erin worried.

"Wanna get you Pyjamas on sweetheart?" Erin asked, as she placed the bowls in the sink.

"Okie mama." Kimmy babbled, as she toddled up the stairs.

Erin looked at her phone, and it was getting on for 9pm at Night, and Jay never stays out this late.

Erin turned the light off, and walked upstairs to meet her daughter in the room.

Erin got to the room, to see her baby girl crying in her cot.

"Oh baby girl." Erin whispered, as she took Kimmy in her arms, rocking her softly.

"I want my da da." Kimmy whimpered.

Erin's eyes filled with tears, she had no idea where her husband was, so she called the one person who could help.

Kimmy was asleep in her cot, and Erin sat on the bed, still in her Jeans, and dialled Hank.

"Erin, you know what time it is?" Hank's voice came through.

"I-Is, umm Jay with you?" Erin's voice shook.

Hank could hear the nervousness in his daughter's voice, Jay wasn't with him, and he wasn't at home.

"No, he's not sweetie." Hank replied.

"Fuck." Erin whispered.

"Erin, what's going on?" Hank asked.

Jay should've been home by now, he's not answering any of my calls, or texts, I'm worried Hank, and Kimmy just fell asleep crying." Erin explained, as she looked at her phone.

Hank was worried as well, so he gathered the unit around.

"Were on our way Erin." Hank replied.

"O-Okay." Erin cried.

They both hanged up, and Hank told the team.

"Alright, Jay's missing, he's not been home, so let's go." Hank ordered.

They all nodded, and grabbed their things, then raced downstairs.

"Jay, stop making a mess with the coffee." Hailey giggled.

"Well, sorry." Jay smirked.

Jay and Hailey sat on the couch, Hailey on Jay's lap, while watching a movie.

"I love you Jay Halstead." Hailey smiled.

Jay didn't know what to do or say, he missed his baby girl and his wife, but he knew he was gonna knocked off his ass, when he got back home.

"I you Hails." Jay smiled back.

They both fell asleep on the couch, and Jay asleep on the edge of the couch, with Hailey on his chest.

The unit arrived at Erin's, and were heart broken at Erin comforting a crying Kimmy, while crying herself.

Kim made the first step, and hugged Erin.
