Jay and Erin's baby journey

Erin and Jay flu

It was Night, and Erin woke up sniffling, she had a headache, her nose was sore, and her lips were dry.

"B-baby." Erin whispered.

Jay groaned, and stirred, then woke up, to see his wife in pain.

"Oh bubba, what's the matter?" Jay soothed, as he brought Erin in his arms.

Erin shook her head, and sobbed in Jay's chest.

"Shush, it's okay baby, your okay." Jay coughed.

Erin looked up, and saw Jay white as a sheet.

"Jay, you look white as a sheet." Erin replied, as she sat up.

Jay nodded, and coughed in his shoulder.

Erin placed a cool hand to Jay's head, and felt a warm temperature.

"Oh baby, your warm." Erin pouted.

Jay groaned, and closed his eyes.

"It's all gonna be okay bubba, let's try and sleep it off." Erin suggested softly.

Jay nodded, and lied down, with Erin on his chest.

"Y-Your right." Jay whispered, as he played with Erin's locks.

"Always Am Halstead, Always Am." Erin smirked.

Jay laughed softly, and they both fell asleep, after checking on Kimmy.

After awhile, Erin woke up, and saw Jay still asleep, but he was worse than he was before.

Erin grabbed the thermometer, and moved Jay's sweaty off his forehead.

Erin rolled the device over his head, and it came back as a high reading.

"Oh baby." Erin muttered.

Jay stayed asleep, and twisted his body so it was facing Erin.

"It's okay, you can relax baby, I'm here." Erin sniffled, as she felt her nose get blocked up.

Kimmy woke up, and saw her mama awake, and her daddy sleeping.

"Mama?" Kimmy babbled, as she rubbed her eyes.

Erin looked at her baby girl, and smiled softly.

"Hi baby girl, me and daddy feel a bit sick, but were okay." Erin smiled.

"Oh, poor daddy and mama." Kimmy whispered.

Erin smiled sadly, and brought Jay on her lap, allowing him to be more comfy.

Jay opened his eyes halfway, and settled down on Erin's lap, then fell back to sleep.

Erin coughed, and sniffled.

"Kimmy, honey, me and daddy are gonna nap for a little bit." Erin explained.

"Okie mama, mwe will be okie." Kimmy smiled, as she finished her colouring.

Erin nodded, and settled down, then joined Jay in dreamland.

Kimmy looked back at her parents, and walked over to her daddy.

Kimmy was looking for Jay's phone, then realised it was under his hand.

Kimmy gently used her baby hand, and picked Jay's big hand up.

"Mhm." Jay mumbled out sleepily.

Kimmy patted Jay's fingers softly, and whispered.

"It okie da da, it Kimmy." Kimmy whispered, as she grabbed her daddy's phone.
