Jay and Erin's baby journey

Therapy!!

Erin was awake, and saw Jay still out, she gently rubbed her fingers across his lower back.

Jay groaned, then stirred, and saw Erin.

"Morning baby." Erin whispered.

"Mmm, Morning." Jay yawned.

Erin kept her eyes trained on Jay's, and spoke.

"You got therapy soon babe." Erin replied.

Jay nodded, he wasn't looking forward to it.

"Wanna have a shower?" Erin asked.

"Is that your way of saying I smell, Lindsay?" Jay Joked.

"No, just that, you've been drinking, and your sweaty." Erin explained.

Jay nodded, and got out of bed.

"Won't be long." Jay smiled.

"Take all the time you need babe." Erin smiled.

Jay smirked, and closed the bathroom door.

After a few minutes. Erin was getting Kimmy dressed, while waiting for Jay.

"Alright, all done monkey boo." Erin kissed Kimmy's forehead.

Kimmy giggled, and danced around the room.

"Ready to go!!" Jay asked, as he put his watch on.

Erin and Kimmy nodded, and walked out of the room.

After a few hours. Kim and Adam were looking after Kimmy, while Erin and Jay done therapy.

Dr Charles sat down on his chair, and looked at Jay.

"So, what brings you here today?" Daniel smiled.

Jay looked at Erin, who nudged him.

"It's alright." Erin whispered.

Jay looked at Daniel, and spoke.

"I-I haven't been eating, or sleeping." Jay looked down.

Daniel nodded, and spoke.

"Alright, let's expand on that, what caused that to happen?" Daniel questioned.

"M-Mouse died." Jay mumbled.

Daniel looked sad, as he looked at Jay.

"Aww, I am really sorry to hear that." Daniel smiled sadly.

Jay nodded, and played with his strap on his jumper.

"You seem quite attached to your straps, why is that?" Daniel asked.

"I-It keeps me calm." Jay looked up.

Daniel nodded, and smiled.

"Alright, let's focus on how to help your sleeping." Daniel explained.

Jay nodded, and listened.

"Alright, what time do you usually sleep?" Daniel spoke.

"22:00" Jay replied.

"Alright, maybe you can shorten it, let's say, 21:00?" Daniel suggested.

Erin looked at Jay, who nodded.

"That settles that, let's focus on your eating." Daniel replied.

Jay and Erin nodded, and listened.

"Maybe try taking small bites at a time, then increase when you feel like you want to." Daniel suggested.

Jay and Erin nodded, and smiled.

"Anything else you want to talk about?" Daniel asked.

Jay looked at Erin, who nodded.

"I-I'm scared, what'll happen if I can't control this." Jay admitted.

Daniel nodded, and explained.

"Alright, let's set up a support system." Daniel spoke.

Jay and Erin nodded.

"Okay, first, let's think about who you can go to if you feel like you need help." Daniel started.

Jay nodded.

"Who do you think you can go to, if you feel like you need help?" Daniel asked.

"E-Erin, Will, V-Voight, Kim, Adam, M-."  Jay started sobbing.

Erin held Jay in her arms, rocking him softly.

"Ssh, your okay baby, it's alright." Erin rubbed Jay's back.

Daniel watched how Jay crumbled, and the name he was gonna say, was Mouse.

"Want some water, baby?" Erin asked.

Jay nodded, and drank some water.

"We'll stop our session here, your next session will be, on June 5th." Daniel handed Jay a slip.

Jay nodded, and took the slip.

"See you again then, remember all your steps." Daniel smiled softly.

Jay smiled, and left the room, with Erin.

"You did so well baby!" Erin held Jay close.

Jay leant on Erin's shoulder, as they walked to the car.

After Awhile. Jay fell asleep, and Erin drove to Kim's.

Erin parked her car in the driveway, and saw Kim walking out with Kimmy.

"MAMA!!" Kimmy squealed.

Erin got out of the car, and closed the door gently.

"Hi Baby girl, keep your voice to a whisper, daddy's asleep." Erin smiled.

Kimmy nodded, and jumped into Erin's arms.

"How was therapy?" Kim asked.

"Well, Dr Charles was helpful, he gave Jay some eating and sleeping tips, but Jay broke down when he said Mouse's name, he's asleep in the car, poor guy is exhausted." Erin explained.

Kim sighed, and nodded.

"Aww, poor guy, well, I've changed Kimmy's pants, Kimmy was very helpful with Emma, helped me changed Emma's diaper, fed her." Kim smiled.

Erin smiled, her daughter was very helpful, and smart.

"Alright, well, goodnight Kim." Erin waved goodbye.

"Bye Y'all." Kim waved back.

After a few hours. They arrived home, and Jay was still asleep.

"I'll carry you babe." Erin opened Jay's car door, and carried him out.

Jay's head hit Erin's chest, and settled in.

"Got everything Kimmy?" Erin asked.

"Yep!" Kimmy babbled.

Erin smiled, and walked upstairs, with Kimmy ahead of her.

After about 15 minutes. They all got into bed, and fell asleep.
