It was morning, and Jay got into some joggers, and a jumper, to go out on a run.

Erin noticed her husband getting ready to go out, and she knew Jay was still blaming himself.

"Where you going baby?" Erin asked.

"On a run." Jay replied simply.

Erin nodded, and got back to what she was doing.

"Bye baby, love ya." Jay smiled, as he closed the door.

"Bye babe, I love ya too." Erin started, but got cut off.

Erin sighed, and got into her jeans, and shirt, then went downstairs to make breakfast.

Kimmy was eating her coco pops, what Jay must of made her, before he went out.

"Morning baby girl." Erin ruffled Kimmy's hair, as she walked to the fridge.

"Hewo Mama, want swome cwoco pwops?" Kimmy babbled, as she stuck her bowl out to her mama.

"I'm good, you have it, Mama will have some yogurt, and berries." Erin smiled softly, as she sat down.

After awhile, Jay came back after his run, he was all sweaty, and looked like he was crying.

"Oh Jay." Erin muttered, as she stood up.

Jay walked into the bathroom, after taking his shoes off, and jacket off.

"I'm gonna check on daddy, will you be okay?" Erin asked.

"Wes." Kimmy whispered.

Erin smiled in thanks, and walked in the bathroom, to see Jay getting stressed.

"Woah, baby what's going on?" Erin asked, as she turned the tap off.

"Bloody tap, sprayed me." Jay groaned.

Erin knew her husband was getting worked up, so she decided to look after him for a little bit.

"Baby, your stressed, and I know yesterday hit you really hard, but you have to know, no one blames you." Erin explained, as she came over, and placed a towel over Jay's neck.

Jay felt instant relief from the towel, and closed his eyes.

"Let me look after you for a change." Erin smiled.

Jay nodded, and fell into Erin's arms.

"Woah, geez, your very sweaty, but still my handsome husband." Erin giggled, as she kissed Jay's forehead.

Jay chuckled softly, and sighed, then broke down into tears.

"Hey, Hey your okay baby, just let it out." Erin soothed.

After awhile, Jay was asleep in bed, after Erin told him to get some rest, and he did.

Kimmy was asleep in her cot, for her afternoon nap.

After a few hours, Jay woke up kicking, and thrashing the bed.

"NO, GET OFF OF HER, TAKE ME!!" Jay yelled.

Erin woke up straightaway, and saw her husband, whimpering.

"Baby, your safe, it's just a bad dream, can you wake up for me." Erin suggested softly.

"I SAID GET OFF MY BABY GIRL." Jay screamed, as he swung his fists out.

Erin ducked, and placed his fists in her hands, then rubbed them.

"Baby, don't move your hands, just listen to my voice, your in Chicago, you and Kimmy are both safe, I promise." Erin rubbed Jay's fists.

Jay stopped thrashing around, and settled his hands in Erin's soft grip, then lied down on her lap.

"That's it bubba, your okay." Erin whispered.

Jay fell asleep, and snored softly.

Erin uncurled Jay's fists, and placed them on the bed gently, and rubbed his head.

"Night my baby, your safe." Erin mumbled, as she fell asleep.
