Jay and Erin's baby journey

~The day after~

Erin and Jay were cuddled into each other, Jay on Erin's chest, and Erin's head on the pillows, and they were fast asleep.

Kimmy ran into their room, and jumped on the bed.

"MAMA!! DADA!!" Kimmy shouted.

Being woken, Erin woke up, and saw Jay still asleep.

"Shh, daddy's still sleeping..." Erin whispered,

Kimmy nodded, and was confused.

"N-Normally, daddy wakes up to my babbles?" Kimmy's lip wobbled.

Erin sighed, she knew the side effects of Jay's medication, was drowsiness.

"I know, baby girl, daddy's taken some of his medication, which make him a bit more sleepy..." Ein explained.

Kimmy nodded, and got down from the bed.

"Kimmy? I'm gonna stay with daddy a bit longer, wanna go get your bowl, and make some cereal?" Erin suggested.

"Okie!" Kimmy chirped.

Erin smiled, and Kimmy toddled off.

Erin looked at Jay, who was still asleep, and cuddling into Erin's chest more.

"Aww, it's alright, I'm here, baby.." Erin soothed.

Jay nodded, and snuggled down.

"You hungry?" Erin whispered.

Jay shook his head.

"Baby, you have to eat something..." Erin sighed.

"I-I don't w-want t-to..." Jay sobbed.

Erin's heart broke to see the state her husband was in.

"Alright, Alright, It's okay.." Erin rocked Jay gently.

Jay buried his head in Erin's shoulder, and blew a breath.

Erin smiled sadly, and kept soothing Jay.

"It's alright, I'm here." Erin comforted.

After a few minutes. Jay fell asleep, and this was Erin's chance to get Jay's brother, Will.

Erin picked up her phone, and dialled Will.

After 3 rings, Will picked up, and spoke to Erin.

"Yeah, Yeah, I know, but he's not eating anything, and, I mean nothing.." Erin explained.

"I've tried giving him some small meals, like pasta, soup, but he won't touch it, and, I'm at my last resort..." Erin admitted.

"Getting him a feeding tube..." Erin whispered.

"Wait, seriously? Y-You'll help him eat?" Erin asked hopeful.

"Aww, you have no idea how much that means to me!!" Erin explained.

"Yep, alright, see you then!" Erin spoke.

Erin hanged up, and waited for Will to arrive.

"I'm going to check on Kimmy, baby.." Erin whispered.

Jay let out a mumble, and fell silent.

Erin smiled, and left the room.

After Awhile. Will came over, and checked Jay out.

"Alright, little bro, let's check you over." Will whispered.

Jay began sobbing, he hated this.

"Oh Munchkin! It's okay.." Will sat on the bed.

Will gently carried Jay onto his lap, and cradled him.

"I got you, I got you, let it out.." Will gently soothed.
