Jay and Erin's baby journey

Food poisoning

It was one morning, and Jay was in the lounge with Kimmy, and Jay's stomach started to feel uneasy.

"Wookie, It big bwear." Kimmy pointed to the tv. 

"Yeah, well done sweetie." Jay whispered, as he rubbed his lower belly. 

Kimmy looked over at her daddy, and saw him clenching his fists, and his eyes watering. 

"Da da, woo okay?" Kimmy asked. 

"Can you get mommy for me Kimmy." Jay mumbled. 

Kimmy knew her daddy was sick, she would only get called her name, if one of her parents were sick. 

"O-Okie." Kimmy babbled.

Kimmy got up, and toddled to get her mama. 

Jay smiled in thanks, and leant his head on the arm on the couch, hands still on his belly, clenching his shirt.

Erin was washing her hands, and felt a hand tugging on her top, and realised it was her baby girl. 

"Oh, Hi sweetheart, what's up?" Erin smiled, as she crouched down. 

"Da da twold mwe too gwet woo." Kimmy shrugged her shoulders. 

Erin knew her husband, was either sick, or upset, but she knew Jay was sick. 

"Aww, do you know why hon?" Erin asked. 

"Nwo, bwut da da swick, he cwenching his twop." Kimmy explained. 

Erin was right, Jay was sick, but he wouldn't admit it. 

"Alright, do you wanna go in your room, and play with blocks, or you can go in my room, and watch tv." Erin suggested softly. 

"Watch bwuey mama." Kimmy squealed. 

"Alright, I'll come up when I've checked how daddy is sweets." Erin replied. 

Kimmy nodded, and ran upstairs to her parents bedroom. 

Erin laughed softly, and walked into the lounge, where her husband was. 

As Erin got to the lounge, Jay was shivering, and clenching his tummy, while sobbing.

"Oh babe." Erin whispered, as she walked over. 

Jay looked up, and started whimpering, and crying again. 

Erin smiled sadly, as she sat down, and allowed Jay to lean down on her knees. 

"Baby, come here, and lie down." Erin replied softly, as she placed a hand on his back, and slowly guided him .

Jay relaxed into the feeling, and allowed himself to lay down.

"There you go hon, now what's hurting, Kimmy told me that you needed me, and she thinks your sick baby." Erin explained softly, as she ran a hand through Jay's black locks.

"Earlier, My stomach felt off, and I didn't feel good yesterday, or today." Jay muttered. 

Erin noticed Jay felt sick, he was skipping meals, he went to sleep early, bottom line, he looked sick. 

"I knew it, you had a temperature, I checked in the night." Erin sighed. 

Jay nodded, and relaxed into his girl's grip. 

After awhile, Jay ended up falling asleep, and Erin didn't mind. 

"Your gonna be okay baby." Erin whispered. 

Kimmy came downstairs, and saw her daddy sleeping on her mama, so she decided to walk in. 

"Mama, is da da okie?" Kimmy asked. 

"Yeah, he's just got a bit of tummy ache baby girl." Erin informed. 

"Oh okie." Kimmy babbled. 

After awhile, Jay felt his lower stomach cramping up, and he sobbed. 

Erin woke up, and saw her husband sobbing. 

"Oh Jay, your gonna be alright hon." Erin soothed. 

Erin took Jay in her arms, and rocked him softly. 

"Oh baby, let it pass, It will hurt like a bitch, but it will go away soon." Erin whispered, as she rubbed Jay's back softly. 

Jay puked twice, but Erin was still there with him, and comforting him.

"You think your done baby?" Erin asked.

Jay nodded, and washed his face. 

"Alright, let's get back into bed." Erin suggested, as she helped Jay up. 

Jay nodded again, and once he stood up, he needed to go to the toilet. 

Jay unleashed himself from Erin's hold, and sat himself down on the toilet. 

Erin knew this was gonna happen eventually, she knew Jay had food poisoning. 

"Aww, Just let it out, I think you got food poisoning sweetie." Erin spoke softly. 

"I-I k-know." Jay croaked. 

Erin helped Jay wash his hands, and Erin sprayed her night perfume, so it made the bathroom smell nice.

"Okay, Let's go." Erin whispered. 

Jay spoke, and walked to the bedroom, with Kimmy still asleep in her cot. 

"Here we are baby." Erin smiled. 

"Thanks." Jay coughed, as he got in. 

"No problem, I'm here, you can go to sleep." Erin encouraged sweetly. 

Jay nodded, and cuddled into Erin's side, and fell asleep. 

Erin played with Jay's hair, and scratched his neck, until she heard soft snores. 

"Night my baby, I love you." Erin mumbled. 

Erin fell asleep, and woke up when morning broke. 

Morning came around, and Jay was feeling much better.
