Jay and Erin's baby journey

Court!!

It was the day of court, and Jay and Kimmy were nervous about testifying.

Erin walked in, in her black dress, and black heels, with her earrings in.

"Baby, I wish Kimmy didn't have to do this as well." Jay sighed, as he buttoned his shirt up.

Erin knew Jay was scared that Kimmy had to do it as well, but their little girl is very strong, and smart.

"I know baby, but the whole team is gonna be there, you are both gonna be fine." Erin smiled.

Jay nodded, and kissed Erin's head, before getting his shoes on.

Kimmy walked in as well, wearing a black small dress, with white shoes on.

"Wow, you look beautiful baby girl." Jay and Erin beamed, as Jay picked her up.

"Yay, tank woo mama." Kimmy babbled, and snuggled in Jay's arms.

After awhile, They all arrived at the court, and saw the whole unit there.

"You got this guys, I love you both so much." Erin smiled.

"I wuv woo two mama, and da da." Kimmy whispered.

"I love you all so much." Jay smiled, and kissed Erin's nose.

They all laughed, and hopped out of the car.

Erin locked it, and walked with Kimmy and Jay to the doors, where Kim and Adam were arguing

"OMG, Adam, it's just a plain tie." Kim groaned.

"Yes burgess, but I like red ties." Adam groaned as well.

Everyone laughed, and watched it go down.

"Adam, just shut your pie hole." Kim warned.

"B-But." Adam started, but got cut off, by a little voice.

"Uncle Adam, Auntie Kwim twold woo two shwut you pie hwole, whatever that is, swo I'd do what Auntie Kwim says, and shwut your pie hwole." Kimmy babbled.

Everyone laughed, they all knew Adam would shut up if his niece told him off.

"Jay, Erin, no offence, but please make your kid be nice to me." Adam asked.

"Haha, nope, she's already developed my sassiness, and Erin's sarcasm." Jay laughed.

They all laughed again, and walked in through the double doors.

After awhile, Jay was on the stand, and explained what happened.

"Sir, please state your name and current or before role for the court." The lawyer asked.

"Detective Jay Halstead, I was 3rd Battalion, 75th ranger Regiment, I'm now a detective in the Chicago police department, Intelligence." Jay explained.

"Thank you detective, I got a couple of questions for you." The lawyer spoke.

Jay nodded, and got ready for the questions.

"You and your daughter were kidnapped on the exact date of Tuesday May 5th, correct?" The lawyer asked.

"Yes, that is correct." Jay clarified.

"Okay, and the offender was a Bunny Fletcher, correct?" The lawyer questioned.

"Yes." Jay stated.

"Alright, what happened?" The lawyer questioned again.

"I was asleep in bed, with my wife, and our daughter in her cot, I heard someone entering the apartment, so I got out of bed, and walked downstairs, I got downstairs, and t-that's when I saw Bunny, she was getting some clothes, I walked into the Lounge, but before I could go back upstairs, she injected a sedative in my shoulder, I-I wasn't able to warn my Wife or daughter, Bunny left me on the floor, as she walked upstairs, she came back with my daughter in her arms, she drugged her too, then they shoved us in the van, we got the location, Bunny drugged us again, we were chained up to a metal pole, I was awake before my daughter, then Bunny drugged me again, I didn't know if she did it to my daughter, after about an hour, I didn't feel Bunny take my belt off, she ended up raping me, my records are at the hospital, with my brother Dr Will Halstead, I woke up, and saw my belt across the floor, my daughter was awake after awhile, thankfully she was only drugged, she wasn't hurt badly, it was mostly me, that's all I know, until the team found us." Jay explained, as tears dropped down his face.
