The Great War

Lizzie's POV.

It's already a week since I arrived in Toronto to start filming a series in fact I'm currently assembling the cast for the second season. I'm pretty excited because ever since the first season came out I wanted to be on the second season and I made it.

Filming for the series starts tomorrow and I'm a little nervous to meet the cast. I always get nervous when I go into a new project where I don't know anyone and this is the case. I asked some of my friends who have had the opportunity to work with some of the cast and they told me that they are all very nice and genuine which calms my nerves a bit.

I also did my google search on the actors I will be working with and I couldn't be more excited they are all so talented. People have quite a bit to say about the lead in the series from what I can tell, I read some of the articles about her just out of curiosity.

I called my best friend Scar to ask her about her since she has worked with her a few years back as far as I can remember. My best friend told me that she was nice and outgoing and also told me that I had nothing to worry about.

After hanging up the call I read a few more articles that caught my attention. I don't know when but when I least realized it I had fallen asleep and the sound of my alarm made me wake up from the deep sleep I was in.

I got out of bed and went to the bathroom to do my morning routine after that I made my way to the kitchen and made myself some scrambled eggs with bacon, I have to be honest and say that even though I am not a chef I cook pretty good. My breakfast was delicious.

After finishing my breakfast, I showered and got dressed to go to the studio where the recordings will be done. I got in my car and drove to the location. All the way there I was a little nervous and excited to start this new project. I know I'm going to have a great time doing this series and I hope to get along well with all the cast.

I walked into the building where we would first have a meeting where Pedro the producer would talk to us a little bit about this new season, give us our schedules and we would also do a quick table read.

I was the first to arrive so I went into the conference room and took a seat while I waited for the others to arrive.

Next to arrive was Madelaine who was walking to a seat with her eyes glued to her phone she looked a little worried. I already know their names thanks to my google search. Before she reached the seat she looked up realizing she wasn't the only one in the room she smiled sweetly at me and made her way over to me.

"Hi, I'm Madelaine Petsch, I guess you are the new actress joining our cast" she says smiling at me.
"Yes that's me. I'm Elizabeth Olsen it's a pleasure to meet you you can call me Lizzie if you like."
"Okay Lizzie it's nice to meet you too, I'm so excited to work with you I've heard so many good things about you, oh god I can't wait for my best friend to meet you I'm sure she'll be just as excited as I am."
I was about to speak but the sound of the glass door opening interrupted me.
"Mads heyy, how are you?" Chace Crawford says walking into the room.
"Hey chace, this is Elizabeth Olsen our new team member" Madelaine introduced me.
"Oh it's nice to finally meet you" the man says extending his hand I quickly take it shaking it.
"Same"

After a while most of us actors were already in the room in fact there was only one person missing and Pedro.

"Guys we should watch the Madison Beer music video where Valentina performs" Madelaine says excitedly to which everyone agreed.

She connected the video beam with the bluetooth on her phone and clicked on the video. The first thing I saw was Valentina looking at a TV she had her back to the camera so you couldn't see much. After that shot she appears singing the Madison song. She looks beautiful, her makeup and outfits are the perfect touch for the video.
