Being a second year now, you had a lot of things to do especially your studies. You hardly had time to focus on your volleyball practice let alone seeing anyone from school.

Dropping your head on your arms you sighed out of frustration while all your papers and laptop in front of you. Math wasn't your strongest subject and probably will never be so it was the most difficult part you had to face when it came to exams.

"I give up." You murmured into your arms barely for anyone to hear.

"Come on Y/n, you've been here for 30 minutes."

Confused you looked up to see who had said that. At first you raised your head just a bit and was only met with a torso until you fully looked up.

Tsukishima.

"How do you know I've been here for that long?" You asked while straightening your posture.

He got quite flustered without knowing how to really answer that question. He looked off trying to not make eye contact with you.

"Because uh, I've been here for 30 minutes." He lied obviously.

Tsuki and you were exactly friends, more like classmates. He always answered the questions and got them right while as for you...let's just say you got picked on a lot.

But whenever it came to one on one connection with you and him, he always froze up and didn't know how to answer questions you asked him or how to respond more or less.

"You should start heading home, it's almost dark out." Tsuki said adjusting his neck scarf.

Looking at the time on your laptop you sighed out. It was getting dark but you really needed to get this done.

"I can't, I need to get a good grade on this exam." You looked down onto your paper.

Tsuki went silent for a bit before he walked off.

"Rude." You whispered.

But after a couple seconds he came back with a chair and slid right next to you.

"Come on now, we have to get this done so we can go home." He said taking out his books. He wasn't looking at you but you could tell he was blushing by how red his ears were.

You smiled a bit seeing this side of him, you rarely asked him for anything but him helping you was totally unexpected.

...

It had been an hour and a half and you both were exhausted. Did it take that long to figure out one of the topics? Yes it did. But you got it done.

Stretching in your chair you let out a sigh, "Ugh finally I feel like we've been here for hours!" You smiled.

Tsuki just rolled his eyes, "It's your fault for not listening half of the time I was explaining." He sarcastically said.

You pouted a bit before grabbing your pens and notebook, while putting your pens in your back one of them fell on the floor. "Oops."

Quickly ducking under the table you grabbed it and started to raise back up but hitting your head you felt a hand blocking the impact.

"Oh my god Tsuki I'm sorry did I hurt your hand?" You asked more worried about him.

"You should be more aware of your surroundings Y/n." He sighed.

Sure he didn't seem like he cared but you knew deep down he did. You smiled at him before putting your backpack on.

Walking out of school the cool winter breeze hit you hard. You despised winter especially during the school days. "I can't stand this weather." You shivered a bit while keeping your hands to yourself.

Tsuki paid no attention to you but he listened to every word you said, before even thinking he took your hand into his.

Your eyes widened a bit mostly by how quick he grabbed it but also how he managed to keep warm. Tsuki was just as shocked, even flabbergasted that he did that. But he didn't want to let go, he wanted to be there for you.

"Tsuki." You said.

You both stopped.

"Why have you been so nice to me lately?" You asked while facing him.

Tsuki didn't make eye contact with you but once he did you could feel his pulse fastening through his hand.

"I'm not, i'm just doing what a good civilian would do." He nonchalantly answered.

You tilted your head not buying a word he just said.

"Oh really?" You pulled him in closer to you so your bodies were near each other.

"You sure it wasn't another thing?" You continued.

His eyes were now focused on you and only you, his eyes softened at your presence and how close you both were.

"So what if I'm being nice? There's no reason behind it." He lied again.

"Okay then." You said letting go of his hand and started walking off.

Before you could even move an inch Tsuki pulled you back into his arms and holding you close.

You felt how hot his body was and how tight his hold was on you. As confused as you were, you didn't want him to let go.

"Fine, I admit that I like you. I just don't know how to talk to you." He said even though he regretted it making him look stupid.

Your face warmed up at what he said.

"Do you mean that?" You asked looking up at him.

He blinked a few times before nodding. You smiled a bit before kissing his cheek.

"Well why didn't you say so? I knew you liked me already." You giggled a bit.

Tsuki was stunned. "No you didn't liar." He blurred out.

"Oh come on you were so obviously." You teased him.

"Shut up." He glanced at you before smiling
