It's been a couple of days since i've seen or heard from Nishinoya, I would usually see him in the halls but he's nowhere to be found.
It was lunch time when I had walked pass the gym to get some milk (lol kageyama who?) I heard sneakers squeaking coming from the gym.
Out of curiosity I found myself peeking into the gym to see what was going on. "Nishinoya!" I heard a rather tall boy with short black hair.
After following the voice I saw Nishinoya diving to the ground saving the ball only for the guy with the black hair (Kageyama) to set the ball to the orange haired kid, and spike down to the other side.
Earning a point for their team. I was amazed at how good they were, knowing they had amazing communication with each other. "Oh? who may you be?" I heard a voice come behind me.
"Oh u-um I was just looking, but i'll make my way somewhere else." I said about to go on ahead. "No you can stay it shouldn't be a bother." The person had blonde hair but was pulled back with a headband.
"Hey guys I found this little one watching you, mind if she joins?" He said while dragging me into the gym. "U-um hello" I said shyly. "Oh coach Ukai and you are?" I saw the guy who called Nishinoya.
"My name's Y/n L/n" I said as I bowed, "Well welcome my name is Daichi Sawamura." He said grinning. "Nice to meet you, welcome to the boys volleyball team." He said as he looked at the others.
"I'm glad to be hear." I said looking at Daichi then to Nishinoya, he seemed to be surprised and somewhat fidgeting with his fingers, "Well everyone welcome her, and be nice." He said sending glares at the bald headed guy.
I then saw the tiny yet taller figure come to me. "H-hello there Y/n, my names Nishinoya." He said while looking down shyly. "O-oh well hi Nishinoya." I said nervously.
•Time skip•
When making my way to class I spotted Nishinoya in front of the door. "Nishinoya?" I asked while looking at him "O-oh hey Y/n I'm glad I found you here." He said looking nervous.
"What is it?" I said watching his hands as he fidgeted. "Well I was hoping you'd wanted to um...go on a date?" He said looking at my face for an answer.
I felt my face heat up quickly so I turned to face the other way to hide it. "U-um s-s-sure." I said with wide eyes.
I turned to face him again only to see his face light up with excitement. "Really?! I'll pick you up at 5!" he said running away.
"What a little ball of sunshine he is." I laughed at myself
