Y/n tugged lightly on hachi's arm, giving him the message to pay attention to his lover. With his other hand he held a comb, trying to perfect his Mohawk. Satisfied, he finally put the comb down and turned around, smiling innocently." O kay, I'm ready. Where are we going today" his words were smooth like honey, his voice was just so smooth and innocent either way. It made you weak when he talked to you so cutely.
"W-Well, since it's a beautiful day today I wanted to go on a picnic at the beach! Everything is already packed!" Seeing hachis face light up like a child always made y/n shy,I mean hachi is just a gentleman!
" ouu! That sounds nice! Let's go then before it gets dark!" It was the middle of the day, plus summer days are long, but you didn't want to correct hachi and went with it. Walking to the door, both of you pulled on your shoes, you quickly got the basket filled with snacks and activities and went out, Hachi waiting outside. You could tell he was excited, he usually would be smiling and wouldn't stop.
Gently smiling, y/n took his hand with their free hand, caressing his knuckled softly. Although they made the move, it still made their face a little red " it's time for an adventure !" Y/n beamed, getting a cheer from hachi before you started walking towards the beach. While walking hachi took the hand he held and kissed it every 2 minutes, making y/n a little red every time, the little gesture was too cute.

The walk was probably a good 15 minutes, but it was worth it for y/n, they spent a little more time when they would drive.
Arriving in front, hachi pointed out a spot for you guys, "look, the people are already leaving, we can stay there now!" He smiled gently, it almost looked like he was jumping for excitement.
Returning the excitement, y/n let hachi lead the way. He held y/n's hand as he led them to the spot, quickly looking around if someone already took it. Safe to say no one did, and he smiled and turned to y/n.
"Okay! Can we open the basket now? I wanna see what you've got !" Laughing, y/n first took the blanket out, " first put this so we can relax, then I'll show you what I got for you !" Y/n was also pretty excited to be with hachi, they couldn't wait to see how his face would light up.
Hachi quickly put down the blanket, then out of nowhere, he walked up to y/n, he put a hand behind their back and behind their knees and in one swift motion he held y/n in his arms.
Y/n yelped, their face turning even redder, they could smell the nice scent of hachis cologne. Hachi laughingstock lightly, then walked onto the blanket and placed y/n down, giving them a kiss on their forehead. He then took off their shoes along with his, putting them on the sand close to the blanket.
"I could've done it myself ou know..." hachi looked at you with innocent eyes and smile, " but you planned this for us, it's the least I can do for you darling"

Hachi smiled, happy with his work, then placed the basket in front of you both. He took out two canvases, some glue and brushes. He inspected them, then looked at you confused. His head was tilted a bit, which was adorable. You giggled a bit, " I saw this one video where they would make hand prints with the sand, I wanted to do it with you!" Hachi's face lit up, his ears turning a light pink on the tips.
" ouuu! Okay! This is cool !!" He looked at the canvas again, measuring his hand to see if it would fit.
" okay, I'm gunna need to put some glue on your hand, you can wash it after and then you do the same for me!" You took the new glue and took hachi's hand. Taking off the lid you let the white liquid fall onto his hand, then with a brush you spread it to his fingers. He laughable little, the brush was tickling him. Now that the glue was spread, you took the canvas and pressed his hand firmly, then took it off. Since there was still a lot of glue, you made another hand print on the other canvas.
"And now, we put the sand!" Hachi clapped his hands, but then stopped once he realized he had glue which was now on both hands. You bursted out laughing, laying down on the blanket. Hachi laughed, then stood up, " ima just clean myself with the ocean water!" Then ran on the sand to the salty water. While he washed you took one of the canvas and took some sand on your hand and gently dropped it on hachis hand print. Lightly shaking off the excess, you were proud with the results. Hachi finally came back, wiping his wet hands on his shorts and smiling non-stop.
" Now it's my turnn !" Hachi sat down besides you. He gently grabbed your wrist, planting a kiss on your palm befor grabbing the glue. He did the same Actions you did for him, being gentle with you. After you were done, we put a kiss on your knuckles, before shooing you to wash your hands.

Returning to the blanket, hachi had a bright smile, holding a canvas close to his chest. You took the other canvas, satisfied with how it turned out.
Surely enough hachi's hand was way bigger, and he even put his and your names under the hands with the red paint you brought. You looked up at hachi, thinking about how lucky you were to have hachi.
For hachi, he was so happy to be with you, he never wanted to leave you, when you told him about this idea, he felt so happy he wanted to hug you and twirl you around. He was Really happy of how it came out, knowing he would cherish it forever.
