Just as we drove home Giovanni got a phone call. There was some kind of emergency in the work or something.

But Giovanni didn't want to take me with him, because that's boring, he said that. But that was probably because he didn't want to involve me in their dangerous business.

He drove me home and kissed my forehead. I waved bye to him and I walked towards the house, Jax was in my arms.

Just as I wanted to open the front door, they swung open and there was standing Dante. I flinched a little.

He looked at me with face expression I couldn't read and then he walked past me without saying anything. Thankfully.

I frowned a little, but I walked inside of the house like nothing happened. There was standing Davide.

"Hey." he said and I remembered that he thinks that I'm overreacting everything and to be honest...I don't know, maybe I did overreact

"Hi." I said as I raised my eyebrows and then I placed Jax on the floor

"Bye." he said as he walked towards the door and I nodded my head "Bye." I said quietly

He walked out of the house, somehow he is spending more time with Dante and I don't know the reason. It feels like they know something no one else knows.

I walked to the living room and there were sitting twins on the couch. Enzo was messaging someone and Matteo was watching a movie.

"Lissy, you want to watch a movie with us?" Matteo asked as he saw me

"It depends on the movie." I said as I smiled

"Smart. Okay. We are watching a thriller. But it's cool, you will like it." Matteo said and I rolled my eyes

"I don't think so." I said as I laughed

Jax didn't care about the movie, he just wanted to rest for a while. He jumped on the couch and snuggled next to Matteo.

"Your little elephant is here, you need to come here too, angel." Matteo said as he looked at me

"He is a dog. But alright." I said as I jumped on the couch

Enzo tucked me in the blanket and we watched the movie together. It wasn't that bad overall.

It wasn't scary, it was even a little boring and I fell asleep. I was tired after swimming and walking all day long.

"Princess, dinner is ready." Santino's soothing and calm voice woke me up

I slowly sat up and looked around. It was dark outside and I was still in the living room under the blanket. And Jax was next to Santino.

"I missed you." I said as I wrapped my arms around his waist tightly

"I missed you too. You had a great time with Giovanni?" he asked as he ran his hand through my hair

"Yes, we decided to swim in the sea and afterwards Gio bought ice cream for both of us and Jax got a pup cup. We walked through the city and then Gio took us to the best restaurant where I ate the best pasta in the whole world." I said as I smiled and Santino listened very carefully
