"Can I talk to Betty without you watching my every move?" Federico asked as he looked at my brothers

It wasn't like he was rude. My brothers really were annoying. They were looking at us like we were some kind of enemies.

"We aren't interrupting anything. We are in our house so deal with it." Giovanni said as he looked at my godfather with hate

I was feeling guilty that my brothers talked with him in that manner so I turned towards Vincenzo and his eyes studied me closely.

"I want all of you to leave us here alone. Please." I said as I looked at him

"It's not happening." Davide said as he clenched his jaw

"It's not a good idea." Domenico said strictly

I didn't care enough to look at my other brothers. I kept my eyes on Vincenzo. He is the eldest, only he can give me the final answer.

"What are you thinking about all this time?" Matteo asked as he looked at Vincenzo

"Just say no. It isn't that hard." Enzo said as he looked at Matteo and then at Vincenzo

"She wants us to leave. Lets respect that." Vincenzo said as he stood up

"Are you kidding me?" Giovanni asked as he stood up angrily

"The hell I'm leaving her with him in here alone." Dante said as he crossed his arms and leaned into the chair

"We are staying." twins said almost synchronized like always when they aren't arguing

I looked at my godfather and I gave him a sad smile. I felt guilty that my brothers were acting like this.

"You heard what I said. Everyone out. Now." Vincenzo said as he pointed at the door

Santino grabbed my arm gently and I looked at him in confusion.

"Can I stay? Please." Santino asked as he looked at me with concern

All of my brothers looked at me and waited for my response.

Santino is just worried. I don't want him to worry. Federico is my godfather, he is good.

"Santino, I want to be here only with my godfather." I said and he frowned, I didn't want to upset him

That was the last thing I wanted to do. But sadness washed over him.

Santino nodded his head as he stood up. He walked out of the room without saying anything. All of my brothers raised their eyebrows as they looked at me.

"Lets go." Vincenzo said as he lead them out of the room, before walking out himself he looked at me and then at Federico with warning face expression

I'm happy that Vincenzo trusted me enough to listen to me and what I want.

"Betty, thank you." Federico said and I smiled
