Cassie was walking through the outside of her school to see which entrance was closest to her first class. She was relieved to know that the rumors from last year weren't still the talk of the school.

"Hey, Rosie!" Theo greeted, running up to her.

She glared at him. "Get away from me, Theo."

He sighed. "Okay, you're definitely still mad at me."

"M-mad? Mad?" she stammered. "Mad doesn't even begin to explain how I feel."

"Come on, Rosie. Let it go. It was three years ago."

"Yeah, three years ago and still no apology, no contact, no nothing!"

"It's not even something to be mad about."

"N-not something to be mad about?" she exclaimed in disbelief. "I'm sorry, but I believe your exact words were 'I told you, Rosie, we're not friends anymore. I'm sorry, but if you can't be there for me physically, then I can't be there for you at all'."

"I was fifteen!"

"So was I! Yet I was there for you every goddamn step of the way! I helped you during the full moons! I helped you stay in control! I was your anchor! And what did I get in return? Nothing! Not even a fucking thank you!"

"Rosie-"

"No! Don't 'Rosie' me! You promised! You promised you'd be there for me every step of the way no matter what! And when I needed you the most, you decided to leave me to deal with my own problems by myself! And then you still had the nerve to come up to me with your stupid werewolf problems like I was only there when you wanted me to be! I am done, Theo. I am done dealing with your shit. So, just leave me alone and stop acting like we're still friends."

The bell then rang. Cassie walked past Theo, avoiding touching his body.

Cassie heard someone sit next to her in chemistry and looked up to see who it was. It was Stiles.

He gave her a big, innocent smile that usually meant he needed something from her. She sent him a small, half smile in return before going back to her Twilight book that she recently just bought.

"Hey, Cass," he greeted in a lighthearted tone.

"Hey," she muttered.

"I have a small question for you. It just popped into my mind. It's so random. Um... how do you know Theo?"

She looked up at him, hearing a pen click. She saw him with the same smile on his face getting ready to write in the notepad in front of him.

She sighed, looking back at her book. "Stiles, why are you asking me about Theo?"

"I'm just curious."

"Curious my ass. Tell me the truth."

"Well, you've clearly had a bad day," he murmured. "I'm suspicious of him, alright? I don't trust him."

She scoffed. "Trust me. Neither do I."

"What did he do you? Why do you hate him so much?"

"I don't hate him; I just hate what he did to me."

"So, what did he do?"

"Something that's none of your business," she snapped, looking up at him. "I'm sorry. I just... I don't want to talk about what happened between us, and I don't want to talk about him."

"Can you at least answer one question?"

"No," she answered. "There. There's the answer to your question."
