Cassie was with the pack, discussing on how to find Mason. It was safe to say that none of them knew how to find him.

The night before, she had woken up in her bed as if nothing had happened. As if her mother were never there at all. After that, she hadn't seen her mother since. It was all just a dream just as she thought.

"My dad's got an APB out," Stiles told them.

"For a five-eight sixteen-year-old?" Lydia questioned, thinking it'd be too vague of a description.

"I recommended nine-foot-tall rampaging werewolf," Stiles replied.

"It still might not be him," Liam spoke, his worry showing through his voice.

"Maybe, but there's too much evidence against him for it to not be him," Cassie replied, giving Liam a look.

He sighed. "Hayden's at the school looking."

"I can keep checking the woods," Malia said.

"I could try a locator spell," Cassie added.

"My mom can check all the hospitals in the county," Scott chimed in, walking into their little meeting. They all turned to him. "We can find him."

"What happens then?" Liam asked.

Scott turned to him. "We figure out how to save him."

"Okay," Lydia began to say. "Where else could we look?"

Scott shrugged. "Let's ask Corey."

He turned his gaze over to where the shelves were. At first, there was nothing that that could be seen until Scott reached out his hand and pulled Corey out from what looked like out of thin air. Corey had been there all along listening to their conversations, but no one noticed until now.

"Wait, wait. It's not my fault," he stammered. "They took him, and I couldn't do anything. They took him-"

"Who?" Scott asked, cutting him off.

Corey sighed. "The Dread Doctors."

Cassie found herself going back to the place Emily was killed. The place had a lot of negative energy. Negative energy she could use for more power to be able to do the locator spell without passing out. Just like when she was in Eichen.

She took deep breaths, focusing on everything around her. She sucked the air in through her nose and exhaled the air out her mouth as she kept herself concentrating on gathering enough energy.

Her breath hitched when she heard the leaves crunching behind her, indicating that someone was there with her. She assumed it was either Stiles or Lydia and just kept on going. She gritted her teeth, getting irritated when the crunching didn't stop.

"Could you walk any louder?" She asked in a raised tone, opening her eyes and looking behind her. Her annoyed expression then turned into a shocked one as her eyes softened. "Mom?"

Katherine smiled sheepishly at her. "I thought we already established that you could see, hear, and touch me."

Cassie sighed, realizing that her dream from the night before wasn't exactly a dream. "Right. Sorry," she apologized. "What're you doing here? I thought you just disappeared or something."

Katherine shrugged. "Or something," she replied nonchalantly, sitting cross-legged in front of Cassie.

"Okay, but seriously, how the hell are you here because I remember you dying in my arms very vividly?"
