Episode 4 Chapter 4

Cassie, Stiles, Scott, Deaton, and Theo all arrived at the police station. They went to the door that usually led to where most of the deputies stayed. Scott saw a puddle of blood on the floor and glanced back at the others, already assuming the worst.

They busted through the door and went inside the room. There they found Noah who was on the ground as well as another female deputy that was trying to help him up.

Cassie noticed another trail of blood leading into the sheriff's office. She, Stiles, and Theo, all followed it and saw a bleeding Lydia with Kira trying to stop the bleeding by putting pressure on it.

Cassie immediately went over to her and tried to help. She took off her leather jacket as Kira moved her hands, knowing what she was going to do. She put her jacket over Lydia's gash that was still bleeding out and put pressure on it.

Theo rushed over, taking off his belt. He took Cassie's hands off Lydia and wrapped the belt around her torso where the wound was. He put it as tight as it could go which allowed pressure to start building.

"What happened? What happened to her?" Cassie asked on the brink of tears.

"Tracy. She... she came in, started attacking everyone, and she hit Lydia with her tail," Kira replied, also on the verge of letting her tears fall.

Cassie sighed, shaking her head. "We should've listened to Malia. We should've just killed her while we had the chance."

Not long after, Lydia's mother came in and saw Lydia. She came to her side, kneeling beside her.

"Stiles!" Scott called from the other room.

Stiles looked back at Lydia who nodded at him. He then looked at Cassie who was helping Kira apply more pressure. Cassie looked back at him, seeing his teary and hesitant eyes.

"Go, okay? We'll take care of her. Just go," she spoke softly.

He hesitated before walking out and leaving with Scott to find Malia and Tracy.

"Cassie," Melissa called, coming up to her and the rest of the pack.

"How bad is it?" she asked, her voice shaky.

"Could have been worse," the woman answer honestly. "Theo, nice going on that tourniquet. You probably saved her life." She turned back to the pack. "Alright, she's about to go into surgery, so it's gonna be a while. Any other supernatural details that I need to know about, or do we just stitch her up and hope for the best?"

"It was the tail," Kira replied.

"Yeah. Tracy cut her with the tail if that makes a difference," Scott added.

"Okay," Melissa said, nodding her head before leaving.

"But it wasn't just Tracy. There were the others," Malia said after Melissa had left.

"Wait, what others?" Cassie questioned.

"There were these guys in masks that stuck something in Tracy and killed her," Malia replied.

Malia looked around the pack, seeing their skeptical faces. All were suspicious about what she said. All except Cassie.

Cassie knew that if Malia were the one who did that to Tracy, she wouldn't seem this scared when she mentioned the guys in masks. Malia seemed almost terrified whenever she talked about them, and Malia was rarely terrified of things. So whatever Malia said had to have been true.

"Theo!" Cassie called, running up to him on the stairs.

He turned around when he heard his name and half smiled at Cassie.
