I slide my hands up her shirt and smile against her soft lips as she grinds on me. She moves her lips down my neck and I close my eyes and lean my head back against the couch. I love parties for this exact reason. Well, this and the booze of course.
I turn my head a little to give her more space to leave hickeys, I open my eyes for a second and then close them again. Taylor. I quickly open them again and see her walk in, with some blond chick.
"Alright, I'm done." I announce as I gently push the girl on me off.
"What the fuck, Garrett?" She snaps as she sits on the couch.
I stood up and looked down at her angry face, "Look, it was a nice makeout. But someone I really need to talk to just arrived. So I gotta find her." I tell her.
She looks at me in disbelief, "You're leaving me for another girl?"
Oh shit. Maybe I shoudn't have said that. Fucking hell, Garrett. Get it together.
"Sorry?" I say, unsure what I was supposed to say because I wouldn't be surprised if she slapped me. It's happened before.
She stands up to her feet and glares at me, "Rot in hell, Garrett Gray."
She shoves me out of her way and storms out of the living room. I sigh as I run my hand through my hair. I've been doing a good job of pissing girls off this week. It's a world record, I need an award.
The house was packed with people. I was pushing through everyone, trying to find Taylor. But it was no luck, I was starting to think I imagined her. If I did, I'm gonna kill myself because I just pissed off another girl for her so she better be here.
"Gray!" I hear someone call when I enter the kitchen.
I look over and see Brennen walking over to me. I smile at him as he reaches me, "What's up?" I ask.
"I saw your girl pull up. You might actually win this bet." He chuckles.
I felt pride fill my body. Oh hell yeah, I was. I never lose, I was gonna prove to Brennen that I wasn't a sore fucking loser. And I needed Taylor to do that.
"I told you, now where is my girl exactly?" I ask him.
"Out back with Jake." He answers.
I nod before I make my way out to the backyard. Our backyard was my favorite part of the house. It had a nice pool and hot tub, along with a nice patio with seating. I look around and see people in the pool, completely naked. Ew.
I finally spot Taylor, Jake and the blonde chick standing by the patio. I smile before I make my way over to them.
"Hey, Tay-Tay." I smile as I throw my arm over her shoulder.
She looked at me and I could see the disappointment fill her face, "Oh god." She groans.
"What?" The blond chick asks as she looks at us confused.
I look at her and finally recognize who she was, Lily. The girl Jake was talking to, I forgot that he invited her. I was surprised to see that she was friends with Taylor. What a small world.
"Me and Taylor have a date." I announce.
"Stop telling people that. We don't have anything. I hate you." She snaps as she pushes her arm off of her.
"Oh, come on, Taylor. We don't have to keep it a secret." I joke as I look at her.
She runs her hands through her hair in frustration, "I need a drink or maybe a gun to shoot my brains out." She says before she turns around and walks away.
