If only you knew (Camren)

Chapter 44

Lauren's POV 
We sat there awkwardly for a few seconds until my mum broke the silence
"I'm sorry girls, I truly am sorry" She said, of course I was trying to act as though I wasn't bothered at all about it so I rolled my eyes and scoffed only to receive a glace from Camila telling me to shut the fuck up and hear her out.
"Then why?" I ask her
"Well because I wasn't thinking about your feelings, I was to busy thinking about your career and now I think about it I was being selfish, I know your career is safe, I now know that you have many supporters and I regret everything. I'm sorry I doubted you" 
"Whatever" I said only to receive another look from Camila 
"What she means is that" Camila started to say but I interrupted her
"No, she knew I love you, and she knows I love hard so she didn't have to do that. Both of us felt like shit for days so you can't come swooping in here thinking I'm gonna give in that easily because I'm not" I told her
"Lauren listen"
"No, you are just gonna say the same thing over and over again, I don't want to hear it"
"Okay, I'll just go then I guess" My mum said, she stood up and was about to leave the room but Camila nudged me basically telling me to call her back
"Wait..." I spoke up, she turned around and faced me. I stood up so I was at her level and I saw that she was crying. I knew I had hurt her, and I knew she regretted what she did so I opened up my arms and pulled the older woman into a hug. I felt her tears dripping onto my shoulder and I heard her sobs in my ears. 
"I forgive you and I am the one  who is sorry for treating you like this" I apologized, I saw Camz stood behind me and she gave me a smile and put her thumb up to me. I saw even Camila had a couple tears rolling down her cheeks which made me cry too.
"Camila come here" my mum said. My girlfriend came and joined the hug. We stood there for a few more seconds till I broke it and wiped my eyes.
"So are we cool now?" I asked
"Definitely" She responded. She too wiped her eyes and gave me a big smile.
"Are you coming home?" She asked me
"We'll I was thinking, could I possibly stay with Camila for the last couple days, I mean I am leaving in a couple days and I have all my stuff here, I'm sorry" I explained
"Okay I understand, as long as that's okay with Camila's mum?" She asked further
"That'll be fine don't worry" Camila replied
"Okay then, I best be going, I have to go and make food for your dad, Chris and Tay" she said as she walked towards the door 
"Tell them i love them"  I told her when she walked out
"I will do, have fun girls" She said as I shut the door slowly behind her
"Lauren I am so proud of you" Camila said once I turned around to face her. She put her lips on mine and slowly kissed me. 
"Thanks babe" I sighed with relief.
Me and Camila went back to our washing up but this time we did it properly without messing about, then we went upstairs


Okay this is a shitty short chapter which wasn't worth the wait but I am running out of ideas :/
