If only you knew (Camren)

Chapter 63

The two girls were lying on the sofa sleeping for at least an hour after they're escape from the hospital but only to be woken up again by Camila's phone ringing. The younger girl slowly reached into her pocket so that she didn't have to wake up Lauren, eventually she had managed to get her phone out of her pocket to see who was calling her, it was her mum. She knew that if she didn't answer her parents will start to panic but if she she won't be able to do the concert because she will be taken back to the hospital. She hesitated to answer but ended up rejecting the call and because of all of Camila's movement Lauren started to wake up.
"What's up babe?" Lauren asked as she rubbed her tired eyes
"My mum called, I think they're looking for me already"
"Did you answer it?" Lauren questioned and Camila shook her head and felt the guilt run through her. She hates worrying the ones who love her.
"Will your mum try to stop you if you tell her what you are planning on doing?"
"Probably" the younger girl sighed. Both of the girls sat in silence unsure of what to say but the silence soon stopped when Lauren's phone began to ring. She took her phone out of her pocket and looked at the called ID
"It's your mum, what do you want me to do?" She asked
"Just answer and tell her I am okay, if she asks questions just say that I am safe and I will talk to her later"
The green eyed girl nodded and answered the phone
"Hello"
Camila could hear her mums worried tone of voice talking on the other end of the phone and this was making her guilt feel much worse than it already was and Lauren sensed this. The older girl reached over and grabbed Camila's hand and gave it a tight squeeze as though she was saying everything's okay.
"Don't worry Camz is fine, she is okay and she will talk to you later tonight" Lauren said down the phone entry in gird hardest it be as reassuring as she could through the phone. Sinu said some more things to Lauren that Camila couldn't quite make out.
"You want to speak to her?" Lauren said and looked at Camila. She shook her head quickly and pointed to the bathroom.
"She isn't here with me at the minute, she's in the bathroom"
Camila's concerned mum still tried to ask Lauren more questions but she knew that if she said anything then Camila will have to go back to the hospital and if that happened she doesn't know if Camila would forgive her.
"Sinu I have to go now, but I promise to you that Camila is safe and will call you later." And with that Camila's mum accepted the fact that Camila is okay and ended the call.
"Jeez that was stressful" Lauren said with a slight laugh. "Tell me about it! I feel so bad and I'm sorry for making you lie to my mum"
"Shh, don't feel bad, you did what you needed to do okay" she said and have the smaller girl a hug to try and make her feel a bit better about what just happened.
"Come on, I think we should go and get ready for the show tonight, you know how long it takes Dinah and Mani so we want to get in there first otherwise there won't be any time or room left." Lauren said and took Camila's hand, both of the girls made their way to the make up and dressing room to get ready for the show.

"Thank you all for coming tonight and we all hope that you had fun!!" Lauren said into the mic as they took their final bow of the night and left the stage for a final time as a 5 for a while now. After tonight's show Camila will be leaving the tour to go for her treatment and all of the girls know that this isn't going to be easy for any of them but if it's for the best then it's the only thing that they can do.
