27. Start of Something

The next day
Lucy's pov-
I wake up drained, not wanting to train at all
My alarm goes off. 6am.
I roll over to my girlfriend with her arms wrapped round me
I kiss her cheek
Lucy-"hey baby time to get up we have 3 hours"
Keira-"mmm"
Lucy-"time to wake up"
She reluctantly wakes up
Keira-"are we waking liv up?"
Lucy-"we will wake her at 7 and leave at half past yeah?"
Keira-"hm"
She hesitately agrees
Lucy-"we will have enough time dont worry"
Keira-"are you sure?"
Lucy-"yes keira walsh im sure"

I quietly go back to the bedroom
Lucy-"babygirl wake up"
"Time to get up liv"
I keep calling out as i dont know another way to wake her as i dont want to startle her

She slowly stirs
Lucy-"morning babygirl, its training i just wondered if you wanted to stay or come with us?"
Olivia-"yeah im getting up what time is it?"

Olivia-"7!"
Lucy-"yes 7 we leave in half an hour dont me late you know what mama's like"

Olivia's pov-
I get up slowly but fast
I cant be late, ill get left lol
I quickly get ready and of course im ready before mum
Olivia-"seriously mum"
Lucy-"i know but i dont know whether to wear shorts or joggers"
Olivia-"mum that is like-"
Lucy-"i know i know"
Olivia-"hurry up before your running to training"
Lucy-"uhh"
She groans and i go downstairs while mama is pacing around the house
Keira-"whats mum doing?"
Olivia-"you dont wanna know"
Keira-"shes still getting dressed isnt she"
Olivia-"she cant decide whether to wear shorts or joggers"
Keira-"I HATE THIS WOMAN!"
I know mama didn't mean it like that but i get upset by it, she notices
Keira-"oh no baba i didnt mean it like that, i love your mum i was only playing"
Olivia-"i know mama im sorry"
Keira-"its okay just know i didnt mean it though yeah?"

Keira-"right im going to get her dressed myself"

Mama runs up the stairs and gets mum dressed
Olivia-"guys your gonna be lateeeee"

Lucy-"yeah or me"
Me and mama both just blank stare at mum
Lucy-"okok maybe do blame me"

We quickly get in the car
Training ground-
My mums go to the ice baths
I walk round to the pitches
I find a ball just sitting there
I decide to do some keepy ups, tricks and some shots
I decide to shoot from the halfway line, it goes in
I sit down and admire the ball that just went in the net
What i dont know is that all the girls were watching
Chloe-"YES MINI BRONZE GO ON"
Olivia-"wait what?"
Lauren-"that was incredible"
Chloe-"how, how did you do that"
Lucy-"whats going on why are we cheering"
Chloe-"your daughter just scored a goal from the halfway line"
Ruby mace comes over, i instantly get angry
Ruby-"ew why is she here"
Chloe-"ruby shut the fuck up, she just scored from the halfway line"
Ruby-"cant everyone"
Luvy-"like to see you try?"
She puts the ball on the halfway line and misses
I laugh
Ruby-"oh shut up bronze i hit it wrong
Olivia-"do it again then and by the way next time get my name right"

She misses again
I start cackling
Lucy-"oh this is hilarious"
Ruby-"okok you do it again, show everyone"
I get nervous doing it infront of everyone
Lucy-"come on babygirl show her up"
I get the ball put in down take a deep breath and shoot

Chloe-"YESSSSS"
Olivia-"ha there ruby now leave, no one wants you here"
Gareth comes out so i go and sit down
Lucy's pov-
Gareth-"luce come here a sec"
Lucy-"yeah coach?"
Gareth-"i saw Olivias shots, they were really good, ive put in a word to the under 15 and 17s coach"
Lucy-"really thank you, shell appreciate it"
Gareth-"no worries lucy, shes talented"
Lucy-"thanks coach"
I run back to the circle
Keira-"everything okay?"
Lucy-"yeah ill tell you later"
Keira-okay"
Chloe comes over to me
Chloe-"hey luce what did olivia mean by 'getting her name right?"
Lucy-"ask her im sure she will tell you ck"
Training finishes
Me and kei head over to Olivia
Were about to leave when Jayne(academy under15 coach) comes over
Jayne-"lucy keira wait up"
Lucy-"jayne?"
Jayne-"hiya, gareth told me good stuff about Olivia i wondered if shed like a trial for the under 15s?"
Olivia-"really?"
Jayne-"its up to you, i saw your shots earlier they looked good and Gareth has said some stuff"
Olivia-"mum,mama?"
Keira-"what do you want baba"
Olivia-"i domt know, im still way to weak"
Jayne-"have time to think about it get back to me oh and Keira, Lucy congrats on the full custody"
Keira-"thanks jayne"
She leaves
We get to the car and Chloe comes over to Olivia
Chloe-"liv liv!"
Olivia-"yeah ck?"
Chloe-"what did you mean when you told Ruby to get your name right"
Olivia-"im not bronze anymore?"
Chloe-"what, why, whats happened"
Olivia-"mum and mama got full custody of me, im a bronze-walsh now"
Chloe-"ahhhh im so happy for youse"

We get in the car and leave, i drive and keira and olivia sit in the back
We get back about 12
Olivia-"what are we doing today?"
Lucy-"not sure"
I look at keira
Keira-"dont look at me i dont know" she laughs
Olivia-"hmmmmm"
Lucy-"hmmm lets talk about olivia getting a trial for the under 15s hey?"
Keira-"is that was Gareth spoke to you about?"
Lucy-"yeah"
Olivia-"its not confirmed yet, i probably wont do it" she puts her head down
Lucy-"why babygirl" i cautiously put my arm around her
She flinches a little but falls into my touch

Keira's phone starts to ring
She goes out the room

Lucy-"lets call Jayne"
We call Jayne to tell her our decision
Lucy-"trail is in 3 days, she says to work on your eating as you will need it"
Olivia-"i cant mum i cant"
She starts to cry
Just then Keira walks back in also crying
Lucy-"two crying people i cant do this, kei whats wrong"
Olivia-"mama?"

Lucy-"whats happened baby"
I wrap my free arm around her
Keira-"s..sh...shes g..g..going t..t..to bayern at the end of the season"
Olivia-"mama what does that mean?"
Lucy-"it means shes moving to a different team"
Olivia-"cant we see her like we do leah"
Lucy-"no im sorry babygirl shes going to a different country"
She sits up, crying even more and runs to the bedroom
Lucy-"oh kei im sorry"
Keira-"i should check on liv"
She goes upstairs
Keira's pov-
I follow liv upstairs
I knock on the door

Keira-"why are we so upset about g we will see her at england camps"
Olivia-"because mama, i have a history of people leaving and never coming back mama"
