Finding you, Genevieve, Chapter 66
At The cabin~ The next morning, Victor was in the kitchen wearing just his boxer shorts when Genevieve came up behind him, pulled him into her arms, and kissed him. "Genevieve, what was that for?" Victor asked as he faced Genevieve. "I just want to thank you for bringing me up here. We both need this," Genevieve said. "Yes, we do," Victor replied. "Especially after yesterday. I need this. You couldn't believe what my father wants now," Genevieve added. "What does he want?" Victor asked. "Well, Daddy's new cellmate is Julian Jerome, and they want me to make a deal and get them out of jail," Genevieve explained. "Julian is your father's cellmate?" Victor inquired. "Yes," Genevieve confirmed. "What kind of deal do they want?" Victor asked. "Daddy and Julian think they know who killed Alexander and will tell me if I make a deal," Genevieve said. "What did you say?" Victor asked while brushing her hair with his fingers. "I said no deal. Like I would let either of them out," Genevieve responded. "No, I have an idea. Why don't you go start us a shower, and I'll be right there. I just have to make a phone call," Victor suggested. "Sure," Genevieve agreed. "Good, don't start without me," Victor added. "I can't make promises," Genevieve said, kissing Victor and leaving. Victor picked up the phone. "I need your help," he said.

In the bathroom~ Genevieve turned on the water, took off her robe, and stepped into the shower as Victor came into the bathroom and joined her. "Oh, Victor," Genevieve whispered as he made love to her from behind and pulled her hair. "I want my one honest answer. Do you love me?" Victor asked. "Yes, Victor, I love you," Genevieve replied. He pulled her close and moved her in front of him. "Genevieve, I love you too. I would do anything for you," Victor said. "I know," Genevieve responded. They got out of the shower, dried themselves, put on robes, and went into the kitchen to have breakfast. "Victor, I've been thinking about where we should build the house," Genevieve said. "Where?" Victor asked. "There's some land by the Quartermaine mansion. I think we should buy it and build a big mansion," Genevieve suggested. "Great idea. After breakfast, let's take a walk," Victor agreed. Genevieve saw a picture of twin boys and got up from the table. "Genevieve, what is it?" Victor asked. "Isn't this you and your brother?" Genevieve asked. "Yes, this is my father's cabin," Victor answered. Genevieve picked up the picture and looked at the back of the frame, which was loose and open. Inside was a piece of paper. "What is this?" Genevieve asked. Victor got up, took the paper, and opened it. "Oh my God, this is my real birth certificate. It has who my mother is on it. The one I have doesn't," Victor explained. "Now you will know who your real mother is," Genevieve said. "Yeah, now I know," Victor replied. "Victor, are you okay?" Genevieve asked. "I hate that father lied about who she is. I love Emily, but I want to know who my real mother is," Victor said. "Now you do. Dr. Britt Westbourne. What are you going to do?" Genevieve asked. "Nothing right now. Let's get dressed and go for a walk," Victor replied. "Victor, I'm right here if you need to talk," Genevieve offered. "I know," Victor responded.
