Story 1: Copycat

May 29, 2032

Class 3-A had just gotten their scores on their first midterm examinations. Everyone seemed really pleased with their scores since they had really tried hard when it came to studying.

Everyone had been cheering, and their adviser, Giyu, decided to let them off for the day as a little reward. The students had been sitting around, talking about whatever it was that was on their minds. Tanjiro and Isekai were playing Blackjack when a thought suddenly hit the former.

"Hey, Isekai," Tanjiro calls out, prompting his friend to raise his eyebrow in response. "How exactly did you copy Black Blood?" he asks. "You use Breathing Magics, no? I don't remember you having the smell of someone who had a Blood Magic, like Susamaru, or Yahaba, or even Yushiro," he continues, picking up a card.

"Hmm... I don't actually know why," Isekai replies, coughing. "Holy shit, I could have completely blown my cover back there! Ugh...! I definitely shouldn't have copied Black Blood...!" he thought, bashing himself for his decision.

"Truth be told, I didn't actually know that Yuji had a Blood Magic. The one running across his veins is called 'Copycat'. You'd think it's a vastly overpowered ability, given the limitless versatility you could have, but it's honestly extremely limiting. You can copy one Blood Magic at a time. Trying to take another Blood Magic would swap it out for the other, entirely discarding the ability. The support capabilities it has is honestly insane, but once again, you'd have to literally throw your hand into your target's body to take their ability. I got mine from Kibutsuji purely by the lucky opportunity that fell at my feet. Thankfully, Black Blood gives you the ability to give and take OTHER Blood Magics, so I basically had an expandable arsenal, just like him."

Copycat (The Blood Magic of Mizuki Isekai's vessel, Yuji Tako. It can copy any and all Blood Magics. The condition is that the user must have either of their hands penetrate their target's body, but not directly pierce through, but rather allowing their hand to remain inside. It can only store one Blood Magic, but it can be swapped out. But, once it is swapped out, it is discarded, and can no longer be used until it is swapped in, discarding the other.)

Story 2: Muzan Kibutsuji, after Tanjiro was pulled away from his grasp

"DON'T LEAVE ME HERE!" Muzan shouted out, losing his grip on Tanjiro as he is pulled through the wisteria flowers, ending the war between demons and humans. His arms fall in despair, slamming his hands on the floor beneath him. "Damn it... Damn it...! DAAAAMN IIIIIIIIIT! CURSE IT ALL!" he screamed, punching the ground.

"Do you see it now, Muzan?" a familiar, light voice asks. It is revealed to be the ghost of Kagaya Ubuyashiki, standing before him. "The Slayers Corporation... even if led by Young Mizuki, who I suspected wasn't normal... centered around me as a master. But they did not need me. After all, my disease made me too frail to fight, otherwise, I would have trained hard every day, so I can be just like the others."

"Tengen."
"Mitsuri."
"Obanai."
"Giyu."
"Shinobu."
"Muichiro."
"Sanemi."
"Kyojuro."
"Gyomei."

"Them, and all of the students in Kimetsu Academy. They strive every day for a future where demons do not haunt this world. I wanted to be just like them, but I could not. So, the least I could do, was to always honor those who gave up their lives on the line. You have killed, and continued to kill. The heavens... God and Buddha... they have already punished you, with the existence of the Slayers. Whether it be your encounter from five hundred years ago, or Kamado Tanjiro, or even your end at Mizuki Isekai's blade... they have cast their judgement."

Muzan's eyes shrunk, realizing that he was right. "It's like I told you. It is human emotions that are eternal... not life. All living things die without exception. It is the future generations that carry on these flames, and it continued to be passed on as it grew, eventually becoming an inferno that burned a life like yours to ashes. You were ignorant. And now, you will pay the price for it."

The wisteria and fleshy landscape began to fade into black, and a bright orange light came from behind Muzan. He looks back, and stares the horror down. It's all come back to torture him, to give him the very pain that he feared: An infinite loop of death, dealt to him by the blazing inferno of his victims' unforgiving feelings and emotions.

"The deepest layer of Hell awaits, Muzan."
