Triad's creation began around a millennia ago. In one region of the world, there was no monster more terrifying than dragons. No other supernatural faction was any match for the dragons on their own, so an unholy alliance was formed. A witch, a werewolf, and a vampire, the "Triad", combined their blood, using black magic, to create a golem capable of consuming the dragons. When the dragons, in human form, returned to collect the treasure from all the villages they had attacked, Malivore was waiting for them; it took them and consumed them, swallowing them into an endless space inside itself.
Seeking to create his own legacy, Ryan Clarke would eventually betray his creator. He told the descendants of his original worshipers, a secret society, of Malivore's attempts to create a lineage, how he was violating Nature by trying to birth a new species. Ryan led them to Malivore and witches, who used black magic and three artifacts, trapped him and dissolved him, returning him to his natural state — a black pit. The three locks keep Malivore bound, unable to take form, while the pit retains the same properties as Malivore. Within a few years, the secret society grew into a business; Triad Industries — keeping the world safe from all the things that go bump in the night. Eventually, the power corrupted them, and "monsters" became whoever they didn't like.
Overtime, supernatural beings that weren't thrown into the pit were forcefully imprisoned in a detention facility, drugged for compliancy and became subservient to Triad and their goals. Particularly, witches were forced to do their bidding, to cast locator spells, concealment spells, and even torture.
But with Lycaon around, Triad is coming to a close end. Soon it will.
For the time being though, a local base in Texas was attacked by five hundred lycans, which took out 1,000 men and women.
Lycaon was there, with a wicked grin on his face and his arms crossed. His hands are bloody because he killed some of them without transforming. He was also grinning at the fact that he gotten Eli to not only kill, but devour some of those humans. Sure, sure, eating animals would provide the same benefits, but Lycaon is simply teaching the young man that an apex predator can't waste any sort of meat.
Aurelius comes out of the wreckage of the base. All the info of other secret bases and certain members are all there on paper. With this info, Lycaon would not have to worry about Triad.
The Lycan Alpha wants revenge against the people that created Malivore. And he attends to make sure they're wiped out. "Well that's good. It means more meat for my army."
"It's only a matter of time before the people in Mystic Falls attempt to stop us." Aurelius noted.
"We will deal with them soon enough. Until then, we make sure Triad is erase from earth and soon, we will turn our attention towards the vampires." Lycaon sees Eli approaching them in his Hispo form. "Glad you enjoyed the hunt."
"Is there a reason why you're keeping him like this?" Aurelius asked, as he sees little point in keeping him in that form.
"Well let's just say he needs to learn his place in the pack. Overtime, he'll understand that this is how the world works. The weak die and the strong survives. And the vampires are weak compared to me. Soon they will all die. I will do what Esther, Mikael, Lucian and Marcel failed to do." With a gesture, the two powerful beings walked off, with Eli following the pack.
His mind has been taken over completely by the primal mind. Eli is little more than an animal. But a part of him is somewhere within his mind. The part that allows him the shed a tear, cause even though he got his revenge on Damon, it's another thing Eli hates. And he's sure his dad hated it too.
Being controlled.
He wants to be free. 'Hope. Help me.'
