Christmas has always been a bittersweet time for Todd. While the festive season brought the promise of warmth and togetherness for many, for Todd, it was a stark reminder of his place on the fringes of his family's affections. Despite his longing for connection and belonging, Todd's presence seemed to pale in comparison to the shadow cast by his older brother.

In the Anderson household, Christmas was a time reserved for lavish celebrations and doting attention, but it was his brother who always took center stage. With his charismatic charm and effortless charisma, Todd's older sibling commanded the lion's share of their parents' adoration, leaving Todd to linger in the shadows of his brother's glory.

As December approached, Todd tried to bury himself in his studies at Welton, hoping to distract himself from the looming sense of isolation. But despite his best efforts, the thought of spending another Christmas alone gnawed at him, casting a shadow over his already fragile demeanor.

While his peers buzzed with excitement for the holiday season, Todd couldn't shake the sinking feeling that he was merely an afterthought in his family's festivities. His attempts to engage with his family were met with polite indifference, their attention already claimed by his brother's larger-than-life presence.

With each passing day, Todd's hopes for a Christmas filled with warmth and acceptance dwindled, replaced by a resigned acceptance of his perennial role as the overlooked sibling. While his family busied themselves with preparations for the holidays, Todd found himself retreating further into the solitude of his own thoughts, resigned to the fact that Christmas would always be a time of year tinged with a poignant sense of loneliness.

Despite his best efforts to bury himself in his studies, Todd couldn't escape the relentless tide of loneliness that threatened to engulf him, leaving him adrift in a sea of melancholy. As Christmas approached, Todd braced himself for another holiday spent in the shadows.

However, Y/N had different plans for her dear friend and crush, Todd Anderson. A week before leaving for her parents' home for Christmas, she approached Todd's dorm room, determined to bring some light into his holiday season.

Knocking gently on the door, Y/N waited with bated breath while moving back and forth on her feet. After a few seconds that felt like an eternity, the door opened, revealing Todd's surprised expression.

She took a glance at Todd's figure, taking in his appearance. His gaze drifted over him, noticing the subtle lines of exhaustion etched on his face, evidence of the weight he carried on his shoulders. Yet, despite the weariness, there was a certain charm to him that she found irresistible.

She caught sight of his damp hair, tousled and tousled, from the shower. A soft smile tugged at her lips as she admired how it framed his face, accentuating his features in a way that she found undeniably adorable. There was something about the way his hair fell in disarray that made her heart flutter with affection.

As she observed him, a flood of fond thoughts filled Y/N's mind. She couldn't help but think about how good he looked, even in such a casual moment. His cute features and endearing quirks never failed to captivate her, leaving her feeling utterly charmed by him.
