The days following their magical dinner felt like a dream for Y/N. He could hardly believe how effortlessly his relationship with Tiana had blossomed into something so deep and meaningful.

They spent more time together, enjoying quiet walks by the riverfront, late-night conversations, and shared laughter over countless meals. Each moment they shared only solidified what Y/N had known from the start: Tiana was the one.

Tiana, too, had found herself swept away by Y/N's warmth and sincerity. In him, she had discovered not only a partner but a confidant—a person who saw beyond her busy life as a restaurateur and appreciated her for who she was at her core. She had always been fiercely independent, but Y/N had a way of supporting her without ever stifling her, and she treasured that more than anything.

One quiet evening, Y/N found himself sitting on the small balcony of his apartment, gazing out at the stars twinkling in the New Orleans sky. His thoughts, as always, drifted to Tiana.

As he sipped on a glass of sweet tea, a sudden realization hit him—he couldn't imagine his life without her anymore. She was his north star, guiding him through every moment with love, laughter, and a shared dream of building something beautiful together. It was then that a daring thought crossed his mind: What if I proposed?

The idea simmered in his heart for days, and after much thought, Y/N decided that it was time. He wanted their love to transcend the here and now—to be something that lasted a lifetime. But how could he propose to Tiana, a woman so vibrant and extraordinary? It had to be something special, something meaningful.

One evening at Tiana's Palace, as the last of the dinner crowd trickled out and the glow of the kitchen lights softened, Y/N approached Tiana. She was cleaning up the counter, her apron still tied around her waist, a satisfied smile on her face after another successful night.

"Tiana," Y/N began, his voice soft but steady, "I was wondering if you'd join me for a special evening tomorrow."

Tiana raised an eyebrow, intrigued by the seriousness in his tone. "Special, huh?" she teased, pulling off her apron and tossing it over her shoulder. "What've you got up your sleeve, Y/N?"

Y/N chuckled, trying to hide his nerves. "You'll see. Just... trust me."

Tiana smiled, her heart fluttering at the mystery in his words. "Alright," she agreed, "I trust you."

The next evening, Y/N stood nervously outside the same door he had knocked on many times before, but tonight felt different. In his pocket, he carried a small velvet box—the promise of forever. Tiana opened the door, radiant in a simple yet elegant dress, her smile lighting up the twilight.

"Ready for our special night?" Y/N asked, offering her his arm.

Tiana nodded, slipping her arm through his, and together they set off into the warm New Orleans night. Y/N had planned the evening meticulously.

First, they enjoyed a leisurely walk through Jackson Square, the soft strains of jazz floating through the air as they strolled hand in hand. As they approached a secluded spot along the river, Y/N led Tiana to a charming, candlelit table he had set up under the stars, with a view of the Crescent City Connection bridge gleaming in the distance.
