The morning sun rose gently over the horizon, casting a warm glow on the pristine waters of the Metkayina village. The air was filled with the soft sounds of waves lapping against the shore and the calls of exotic birds. However, it was not like any other day in the Metkayina village.

Tsireya stood outside her friend's house, eager to begin the day. However, it seemed that Y/N was taking forever to get ready. Tsireya almost barged into her friend's house and dragged them with her.

"Y/N, come on!" Tsireya called out, tapping her foot impatiently. "The Sully children will be here soon, and we need to be ready."

From inside, Y/N's voice called back, muffled slightly. "I'm coming. I'm coming. Just give me a moment!"

Tsireya sighed dramatically, but a smile played on her lips. She knew Y/N well enough to expect a bit of a delay. Finally, the door opened, and Y/N stepped out, looking composed and ready for the day ahead.

"About time," Tsireya teased. "I was beginning to think you'd fallen back asleep."

Y/N laughed softly, shaking their head. "Not a chance. I wouldn't miss this for the world. Let's go."

They walked together towards the meeting point, where Aonung and his friends were already gathered. The boys were discussing something animatedly, but they paused and looked up as Tsireya and Y/N approached.

"Morning, you two," Y/N greeted, giving Aonung and Rotxo a nod. "Are we ready to teach our new friends?"

Aonung smirked, crossing his arms. "As ready as we'll ever be. Let's see if the forest people can keep up."

Tsireya rolled her eyes at her brother's typical bravado but smiled nonetheless. "Remember, we're here to help them, not show off."

Y/N smirked as they looked at Aonung. "Yeah, remember when you first started in the water?" Y/N finished with a slight chuckle, their faces almost gleaming from the way the sun shone on them. "You looked like a dying ilu."

Aonung's cheeks flushed slightly at Y/N's teasing, but he laughed along with the others. "Alright, alright, let's not dwell on the past. We have some forest people to teach." He nudged Y/N with his palm, almost making them fall flat.

Y/N stumbled slightly at Aonung's playful nudge but managed to regain their balance with a laugh. "Careful there, Aonung," they teased, nudging him back gently. "We don't want anyone to end up with a black eye before we've even started."

As they continued their playful banter, the Sully children arrived, their faces filled with curiosity and excitement, ready to begin their lessons in the ways of the water.

Taking their eyes away from Aonung, Y/N met the gaze of the youngest of the forest children. Offering a small smile, Y/N waved at the small girl. Tuk, her eyes wide with wonder, returned the gesture from her brother's side, her hand lifting in a hesitant wave.

Tsireya stepped forward to greet them, her warm smile putting them at ease. "Hello guys, ready for another day?" She questioned as she put some of her hair behind her ear.

The Sully children nodded eagerly, their eyes filled with anticipation. Tuk, in particular, seemed to be brimming with excitement, her gaze darting around as she took in the sights and sounds of the village.
